Chapter 30

[Third person's Pov]

"No!"

Allison rushed towards the two girls she had called friends. She had later her trust on them and was not about to lose them. Before the blade could touch them, she ran and stood in front of them, letting the blade pierce her back.

Who knew the emotionless and insane killer had a soft spot for her friends? She had given up on her family after the day she was left alone in the alley.

She looked at her two friends one more time, grateful to see them unhurt.

Allison's twisted smirk was replaced by a warm smile that had never shown in years. She collapsed and before she could touch the hard, dirty floor, X caught her.

X and Erumi removed their mask and revealed their face. Their emotions were exactly what Allison expected. Fear, sadness, anger, all negative emotions, you name it.

X quickly reached for the dagger that was still in the body and pulled it out, throwing across the ground. As the blade hit the floor, it slide across the hard ground, making a long shriek. X quickly layed Allison on her lap and pulled out her purple and pink mask.

Allison coughed out blood and blood was seeping out of her chest. Her clothes absolved the blood as fast as they could. That was when they knew she was dying.

"Cheshire..Ca-Cat?" Erumi managed to say something, tears slowly dripped out of her cold eyes that now showed some emotion. Allison used all her energy and reached for Erumi's head, ruffling her black hair, revealing some purple highlights.

She looked over to her best friend, X, wasn't surprised to see her face plastered with ultimate shock and pure sadness.

"Ame..lia..Eru..mi" The red eyed girl spoke as she coughed out blood, trying to gain enough energy to speak.

"Thank you for giving me a great time..in this world.. even though most of it was filled with blood.." she said to her best friend as she coughed again.

"Allison..stop..you're not going to die.." X mumbled. She held back the tears in her eyes.

Allison turned to the 7 year old girl who she had just met about 2 weeks ago. Tears rolling down the young girl's cheeks.

"I'm glad you excepted my offer on joining us...you helped up a lot...thank you.." Allison pushed herself to continue talking.

"You're not going to die! This is all our fault, if we did move, you wouldn't be like.." X couldn't continue, her throat felt so dry. She patted Erumi on the back as the young girl was now sobbing and going to cry herself a river.

She sent her friend a gentle smile as she knew that this was the end of their friendship they had build up since they were children.

"I guess the reaper decided to come for me today.." she thought to herself, as she watched her life flashed before her eyes. X gulped down her guilt and regret.

"I'm..sorry," Erumi mumbled as she cried. Wiping her tears from her fave with her own two hands. Allison sent her the same warm smile again as her eyelids slowly closed.

"Thank you.." she mumbled and slowly drifted off to her eternal sleep. X shook her by the shoulders, hoping she would wake up from that sleep, but wants the reaper decided to take it, it's gone.

All Jay, Ryder and Seline could do was watch. Their mission was to kill the Cheshire Cat, and it was completed. Ashley stood quite a distance from there, standing at the same spot where she had threw the dagger. Her face showed a blank emotion.

X clenched onto her friends shirt, didn't say a word. No matter how many tears are shed, how many cries are made, nothing could bring her friend back.

She took the red flower off her head and place it on her friend gently. It was if course a real flower. She and Allison went to the park to pick when they were young. As all things do, the flower wilted and they would go get a new one. That's what X has been doing till this day. If her flower had wilted, she will get a new one with or without Allison.

Anger took over her sadness as X gritted her teeth. "You.." she looked up towards Ashley who plastered nothing but a blank emotion. She stood up and clenched her hands into a fist.

"I'm going to kill you.."
