Star Mine x Strange Dark ((StarDark))

((A/N: yes, I wrote more StarDark fanfiction... it's my favorite pairing okay??))

Star Mine was literally dragging Dark aross the parking lot in front of the dentist's office, "Dark! Come on! You're gonna make us late!", Mine said to the shorter blonde behind him. Dark stayed silent untill they reached the door, "I'm not going! I don't want braces! My teeth look fine..." he said as they walked inside the waiting room. Mine sighed after they sat down, "If it helps, I'm getting braces too..."

"Really?"

"Yep..."

Dark remained quiet untill his name was called. Since Mine's appointment wasn't untill after Dark's, he decided to go with him. The assistant prepared Dark and seated him in the chair before leaving the two alone in the room. "M-mine?" Dark called, sounding worried. "Yes?"

"I-is it gonna h-hurt?"

"No... it shouldn't..."

"W-what if i-it does?"

"Dark, I'm pretty shure it won't..."

"O-okay... if you say so..."

A few minutes later the dentist walked in, "Your name is Dark, right?", said boy nodded in response, "Okay then, Dark, if at any time you feel any kind of pain, let me know okay?", at this Dark looked over at Mine with a worried expression, and then nodded in response to the dentist's question. Mine moved his chair closer to Dark and grabbed his hand, gently stroking the back of it with his thumb. Dark once again looked to his friend, who gave him a small smile in return.

Their little moment was interrupted by the dentist, "Okay, this should be over in about two hours... then it's your friend's turn..."

"That should do it! One of the assistants up front should give you the special brushes you will need to clean your braces." The dentist said to Dark before walking out of the room. "Hey Dark... could you at least let me see them?"

"No..."

"Why?"

"Because I will look stupid..."

"No you won't..."

"I....fine..." Dark turned to face Mine and gave him the best smile he could. Mine tilted his head and crossed his arms, like he was thinking. "What?" Dark asked, annoyed. Mine smiled, "Nothing... I just knew you were gonna get green and black..." he said as they both walked out of the room. "Hey, are you going to go in with me or go sit in the waiting room?"

"...G-go with you....M-mine? Are m-my teeth supposed to h-hurt?"

"Yes... I read online that they will start to hurt after a while... when we get home I'll give you some medicine okay?"

"O-okay..." Dark and Mine went into the room next to the one he was in. He sat down in the chair next to Mine and tried his best to ignore the dull ache in his mouth.

***************Another Two Hours Later*******

Mine and Dark were leaving the dentist's office and Dark felt miserable... the pain had gotten worse, causing him to have a headache. "Please go straight home... I don't feel well..." Dark said as they got into Mine's car. "Are you really hurting that much?" Mine asked, concerned for his younger friend. Dark nodded as a tear streaked down his face, "Just... take me home, Mine..."

When they arrived at the mansion they shared with the other modules, Dark was the first one out of the car. By the time Mine had stepped out of his car, Dark was already going inside. "Dark! Hey, wait up!" He yelled as he ran to the door. He went inside and saw that Dark was already going up the stairs. Mine started to go after him, "Dark!" He yelled before he heard the slam of Dark's bedroom door. 'Maybe I should just leave him alone for a while...' Mine thought, walking back down the stairs.
