The fair was in town and Shu wanted to take his boyfriend for a date. He grabbed his Bey after putting on his work out clothes and headed out to train a bit. He was sure he'd run in to Valt in the process. He jogged around the park for about an hour. As he looked around he saw Valt over the Bey stadium in the middle of the park.
"Hmm..."
Shu smirked thinking it'd be a good idea to sneak up on his boyfriend. As soon as Shu was close enough, he grabbed Valt's sides by surprise.
"WHO'S THAT!?"
Valt yelled before he was able to see it was just Shu.
"Haha, it's your boyfriend."
"Shu?! Why would you scare me like that?!"
Shu laughed at the small blader's reaction.
"Because... I don't know why, I just felt like it, haha."
Valt turned back around toward the stadium and began counting down.
"Getting a lot better Valty."
Shu complimented. Valt didn't say a word.
"Aww, you mad at me Valty?"
Shu asked teasingly as he pulled the blue haired blader closer to him. Valt crossed his arms and refused to look at Shu after scaring him the way he did.
"Valt, come on, haha. I'm sorry."
Shu apologized as he kissed Valt's neck to get him to pay attention. Then, he remembered to ask Valt about the fair.
"Oh, Valt! I was gonna ask you of you wanted to go to the fair with me this weekend."
That got his attention.
"Sure! What about the rest of the gang?"
"Nah, just you and me. Like a date."
Shu smiled warmly at his boy who had his head in Shu's lap. Shu leaned down, kissing Valt on his forehead.

Saturday had finally come and Valt was excited for the fair with Shu. He hopped out of bed and went to get ready to meet up with Shu. After he was ready, Valt ran downstairs and grabbed two things of Bey bread for him and Shu.
"Valt, I'm taking the twins to the fair soon, are you coming too?"
His mom asked him.
"I'm already going with Shu right now. I'll see you guys there later."
"Ok, have fun."

Valt had already finished his bread by the time he even walked out of his house. Now he just needed to give Shu his. The short blader looked around for the white haired blader. He finally spotted him by the bey stadium, as always.
"Shu!"
Valt called to his partner. Shu turned to see Valt and couldn't be happier.
"Hey babe."
He greeted Valt as he ran in to a hug.
"Here, brought you some bey bread."
"Cool, thanks Valt. Ready to go?"
"Yeah! I'm gonna ride all the rides and play all the games!"
Valt said excitedly. Shu couldn't help but smile and laugh at the short excited blader. He felt himself blushing.

Both bladers made it to the fair and got their stamp they had to have to enter. Valt was in awe by all the rides, games, and foods there were. Him and Shu held hands and debated on what to do first. They know they wanted to do the ferris wheel last.
