Valt's POV
Shu explained to my mom and the twins what had happened in the tournament today. I was scared that my mom was gonna make me stop beyblading because it's "too dangerous".
"That's awful! And the ref did nothing?"
"Not a thing. It was the same for me too when it happened."
My mom and Shu were still talking about Lui. My mom sighed.
"Well, thank you so much for helping him Shu. I'm glad Valt has you in his life."
My mom told Shu as she hugged him. She came over to me and got a better look at my stitches.
"Oh honey, it's a bit swollen. Let me get you some ice for it."
She said as she went to the freezer. Shu walked over to me and wrapped his arm around me. After my mom gave me an ice pack, Shu and I headed back to my room to relax and watch TV.
"Ugh... I'm so full..."
Shu said as he collapsed on my bed. I went a laid next to him.
"Yeah, same..."
I gently put the ice that my mom gave me on my stitches, but I hissed at how cold it was to the touch.
"Easy with it Valt."
"I am, I am..."
I assured my worried boyfriend. He was always so worried about me more than himself. I let the ice lay on my eye to get the swelling to go down. Shu took out my headband and put it on my nightstand. I guess he could tell I was getting tired, he knows me so well.

Shu's POV
I laid next to Valt as he iced his eye. I couldn't stop thinking about Lui pulling that shit on Valt. I pulled Valt closer to me and rested my head on his and started dozing off to sleep.

I woke up in the middle of the night for some unknown reason, but I woke up to seeing Valt fast asleep as he had his head resting on my stomach. I stroked the side of his face gently trying not to wake him up, he was so cute when he was asleep. I decided to go ahead and try to go back to sleep, I was still tired as hell and still filled with rage from what Lui did to Valt. That guy is gonna pay...

"Valt, Shu, breakfast is ready!!"
I heard Mrs. Aoi call us. I was already awake, but Valt was still dead ass asleep. I started shaking him awake gently.
"Valt... Valty, your mom has breakfast ready."
I told him as he stretched. I grabbed what used to be Valt's bag of ice that he was using for his eye last night. All the ice was now water and needed to be poured out and thrown away, so I went to the bathroom room to do that for Valty while he was getting dressed. I walked back into his room and right as I did so, Valt had just taken his shirt off. Honestly, I was actually a bit turned on by it... Valt looked over at me and I couldn't help but blush at how cute and small his body was. I walked over to him and grabbed both his shoulders. As he looked up at me with his brown eyes, my lips connected with his. We pulled them apart and we smiled warmly at one another and pulled each other into a hug. We were interrupted by Valt's stomach growling, as always.
"Hahaha, let's go do something about that."
I said to Valt as he blushed hard.
"I can't help it, I'm hungry. Hehe..."
He defended as he put on his red hoodie. We headed downstairs and sat at the table next to each other. Valt immediately dug in and wolfed down his food.

We got done eating and headed out the door. We were headed to meet up with Honcho, Daigo and Wakiya and tell them and show them what Lui's bitch ass did to my boyfriend. We got up to the roof of the school and all three of the guys had beat us there. Valt took his hand and put it over his wounded eye in embarrassment.
"About time you two showed up. Can we get started training now?"
Wakiya asked rudely. What a good friend...
"Valt, you good buddy? Something wrong with your eye?"
Honcho wondered. I could see Daigo was also curious as to why Valt had his eye covered, and telling them what happened was gonna make me nauseous. Valt was on the verge of tears again, and I knew he was blaming himself in his head. He squeezed my hand with his free one as he buried his face in my chest.
"You all weren't at the tournament yesterday for some unknown reason, so I'll explain what happened. Forgive me if I gag, just thinking about it makes me wanna vomit."
I finally spoke up to our three friends. They all gave me a head nod and I began...
"Valt battled against Lui Shirosagi and his bey, Luinor. Unfortunately, he won but the way he beat Valt pisses me off. He did to Valt what he had done to me. Luinor got really powerful and before I knew it, Valtryek was flying through the air, and ended up hitting Valt in the face pretty hard."
"What?!"
All three said in unison. They all looked at Valt with worry in their eyes.
"I was so pissed. Valt had to get stitches for it, that's how bad Valtryek hit him. The ref didn't even say a thing about it either. It was like he didn't even see it!"
"That's fucked up!"
Daigo yelled in frustration.
"Valty, show them your wound."
He moved his hand from his face, revealing his new scar. Wakiya, Daigo and Rantaro gasped at how bad at looked.
"That little punk is gonna pay for this!"
Wakiya announced. I've never actually seen him stick up for Valt or anyone but himself.
"That creep is gonna regret he ever messed with my pal!"
Honcho said next.
"He's gonna regret messing with the Beigoma Academy Beyblade team. I'll crush that flamey haired fuck!"
Daigo then said. Everyone was wanting to go after Lui now, for what he did to Valt, and I'm glad the team was pumped to get Lui and avenge Valty. But I will be first on the list to rip him apart.
