I lay down and stare at the ceiling and watch the fan spin. It was kinda boring, but it took my mind off of the bad stuff. The bad stuff? Louie or Niall might not make it home, everyone I love will be devastated, and what will happen to me? Will I join the others as stars, will I stay a person? Tomorrow was the games and I was still terrified. That's when my phone starts to buzz. It was Samantha.
Me: Hi Samantha
Haley: hi
Annie: this is a group message
Samantha: we wanted to say hi
Liam: BAILEY!!!!
Me: weird, I was thinking of you
Dad: hi sugar bear
Sofia: your friends are super nice
Me: this means a lot to me, I miss you
*gets another call*
Haley: hi Niall
Annie: sup Niall

Niall: Bailey, it's time for breakfast
Me: bye guys
I hang up and get out of bed. "What just happened," I ask. It all seemed like it wasn't real.
