Chapter 7

Beep beep beep

My alarm clock! It is Sunday! How long has that been going off! Oh my gosh it is eleven AM, the party starts at twelve!

So I brushed my golden blonde hair and put it in a pony tail, then put an under armor headband on.

I slipped on some gray track shorts on. I also put on an old soccer t-shirt that I had since I was fourteen, It still fits.

Then I found some black ,nike elites. With my comfy outfit ,to pull it all off, I put on my pink and blue tennis shoes.

I didn't really care what I was wearing, it isn't like anyone I want to impress will be there.

By the time I finished, it was time to go over.

I walked over with my dad and it looked like it was a concert or something because it was packed!

In all that chaos I found James, he was with somebody. Hey, he looks familiar..... oh no! It is that hot guy that I saw on a skateboard!

And he is friends with James!! He can't see me like this! I look too ratchet for him!

That is when James ruined everything by waving at me.

Ugh idiot, I thought to myself.

I walked over to them to chat.

"Nice elites" the boy said while looking down

"Tha- oh wait we are wearing the same socks!" I blushed. Ahhhhhh this is soooo embarrassing!!!!

" Haha, I'm Luke" the boy with a dreamy voice said

" I'm Cassidy, where do you live?" I asked. Wait a minute did I really just ask that, that sounded so stalkerish!

"Right over there in that green one behind that fancy looking house" he pointed to it

" Hey that is my fancy looking house!" why do I keep saying stupid stuff. Make it STOP!

"Cool, well catch you around Cass." he nodded and walked away

I stared at him until he was gone. He was so perfect!

"Well it looks like it is just you and me" James said with a grin

He tried doing a cool trick with a soccer ball, but fell flat on his face.

Is he always this clumsy? I wondered

While he was writhing around in pain, I stepped over him to get some food.

" AHHHH!!" I bumped into somebody they fell too

"Ouch, hey watch it!" she said

The girl had medium blonde hair. She had glasses and was short.

" Oh sorry, I wasn't watching were I was going" I explained

"Hey, it's ok, what is your name?" she asked

" Cassidy, what about yours?"

"Bella" she replied
