I breathed out "I'm not running away Zach, you're just making it impossible to be around" I answered him honestly because I was still trying to figure out what was going on here myself.
"I shouldn't have called you a bitch the other night, I was so stuck on the anger I felt for the pain you suffered mostly because of me and I took it out on you I'm sorry"
It was nice to hear the sincerity in his voice and to be honest I forgot about that.
I know he was just angry and to be honest I was being a bit of a bitch.
"what did you do Zach?" he bit his lip slightly probably thinking how he was going say it. I wouldn't be mad really just as long as she's not dead in a ditch somewhere.
"nothing you're thinking gen, I want nothing to do with that woman" from looking at his eyes I could see he was slowly getting angrier. "I just can't believe she would stoop so low" he lowers his head.
My heart melted. I couldn't let him think it was his fault I was assaulted I mean yes, he had involvement but it was also me.
"she's one hell of psycho," I say leaning back. It was refreshing to see him laugh at that, his mouth turned up into a delicious smile. It had me staring.
I watched Zach get up off the bench, he had the decency to give me a hand up as well. I realised how sweaty I was and I was in need of a shower.
"don't know about you but I'm in a desperate need of a coffee" he mumbles taking a swig of his water. I tried to take my eyes off his body, his shirt was currently clinging to his skin and I could see the lines of his body.
Coffee? Now that does sound appealing almost as much as his body at the minute. We decided to grab a coffee after this he said he needed to go to work later so I agreed obviously.
I quickly grabbed my bag and had a shower. I washed my hair as well because it was so greasy I could not be seen with Zach with a greasy head. No fucking way.
Once I was finished I just slipped on a pair of jean shorts with a black t-shirt and then covered it with my jacket. I let my hair dry naturally and just put some moisturiser on my face.
I was about to leave but instead applied a little concealer under my eyes. Those bags aren't supposed to be seen.
When I left the changing rooms, I found Zach already changed and he was leaning against the counter talking to the people at the front desk.
We said goodbye to them and left the building. Zach got dropped off here so I guess I was driving us. I felt nervous, I'm a confident driver but not with this guy sitting in the passenger seat.
I quickly turned on the engine and fired up the car, I got a call late last night that someone was driving my car back to my house so I was pretty lucky. The damage was clearly gone and they gave my car a good clean.
That pleased me even more since I actually hate cleaning my car the outside is fine but the inside it takes a whole day to get that sorted.
"I'm meeting with land rover later they want a bunch of cars customised, they're a very important client," I asked him about his business since I was actually interested at what he does.
"don't doubt it," I said turning into the Starbucks.
"Don't they use them in movies more than ever"
He removed his seatbelt " yes it's either rover or a Mercedes for those types of movies "
It was still early in the morning which probably meant that their would-be people inside but likely getting take out.
