"NO NO NOOOOOO" I screamed running across Zach's bedroom looking for my phone.

You can't be serious right now, this is not happening. I clicked on the Calendar checking to last month.

Its been 4 agonizing days since Zach went missing and I was going insane truly. We managed to track down that hacker but after bringing him in for questioning we realized that he really had no idea about where he was.

By questioning I mean Braden brought in two ex police officers to help us.

Which brought us back to square one.

I don't understand what Zach could have done to make him go missing for this long. If it was money then I'm sure Zach would have organised a deal already. This was truly starting to mess with my head.

On top of that, I'm now dealing with a very scary experience because if you didn't guess already my period is late.

" what's wrong, what is it" Ade rushed inside with his puppy, no scratch that a full-on big dog now. I remember when I barged into his office, then this dog was the smallest cutest thing.

Now she just likes messing with my pillows.

"I'm late," I said simply.

"For what, we're not going anywhere. Karly do we have plans" he shouts looking confused. He waited for Karly to enter the bedroom.

Oh, I actually have to spell it out for him.

"No, we're waiting for Braden to track Zach's phone," Karly said letting out a small yawn. We were up most of last night doing intense research on Zach his latest business accounts wondering if there were any clues at all.

Apart from a deal with a rich family in Amsterdam, there was nothing that stuck out to us.

" So what did you mean you're late," Ade asks, turning to face me. I closed my eyes sighing. Karly whacked Ade around the head before pushing him out of the room leaving just us too.

She held my hands. " Are you sure?"

I stared at her blankly. " I'm never late, but we were safe," I said quietly. Karly made a small sigh before leaving the room.

She returned shortly after with her bag. I watched her take out a small box. It was a pregnancy test.

" do you always have a test in there," I asked confused.

She grins " you never know" Karly pushed me into the bathroom." I'll wait right here" I could hear from the other side of the door.

I took a big breath.

This is definitely not what I expected. If I was pregnant I would probably freak the fuck out but at the same time, I wouldn't be totally mad. That's just life isn't it.

Obviously, if I wasn't I would be relieved because being pregnant is not something I want to deal with right now when my boyfriend is missing.

I slowly removed the test from the box. Making sure to follow the instructions carefully so I don't make any mistakes.

After a few minutes, I peed on the stick and placed it on the dressing table. My eyes caught sight of Zach's stuff in the corner.

What would he think if I was indeed pregnant?

We never spoke about this, ever.

" open up baby momma I have reinforcements" my eyes widened when I heard Ade outside the door.

"I'm going to be an uncle let me be excited Karls," He said. The door opened slightly and Ade handed me three more boxes of tests. "let's be sure hmm" he said before shutting the door.
