Sally's pov

I watched as Jeff was being stalked by the security guards and felt my heart nearly come out my mouth as they reached out for him.

'HEY!' I screamed and they all turned to me in unison. I quickly ran over as I saw Jeff get away and go find a map.

'Yes, young lady?' One of them said and bent down to my level.

'What's it like being a police officer?' I asked showing my puppy eyes.

'Why, its so exciting!' He smiled. I could feel he was lying. 'We have a lot of fun protecting the people.'

Well you didn't do a very good job did you? Look at me. That fucking wing bat Johnny got me.

'Well you're doing an amazing job!' I smiled.

'Thank you, Miss.' He smiled and got up. 'Say, where are your parents?'

'My mommy and daddy are coming here to us!' I smiled. 'I'm staying with my sister.'

'Where did she go?' He asked again.

'The bathroom.' I gulped. 'I'm gonna go look at some pony books.'

I walked awkwardly away and felt their eyes sting into my back. I flicked through various books until I saw Jeff looking at magazines.

'Jeff!' I whisper yelled.

'What?' He replied.

'Have you got the map?!' I hissed in a hushed tone.

'Yes.'

'So what are you doing here?!' I whispered

'Iris likes Kerrang so I thought I should get her something.'

'God dammit Jeff!' I pushed him away from the magazines yet he skilfully slipped one under his jumper.

We walked out and passed the security guards who gave me a questioning look. I smiled and gripped onto Jeff's hand tighter.

Once we were back in the car park, I felt like I could breath again. We went to the black car and set off all the cars making the guards run out with their bats ready in their hands. Jeff and I quickly jumped in and sped off to god knows where yet we ended up on the PA-74 S.

(Ok so I'm not gonna put all the directions in I'm gonna skip all that so yeah)

Jeffs pov

Soon, we were immersed into West Way and in the heart of New York City. We drove around until we got so fed up of the traffic we ditched the car in a parking lot and went on walking. Now what? I thought. I'm in New York but this place is ginormous!

'Jeff, there's the guy from the photo!' She shrieked and I instantly saw who she was looking at. The rough fat man from Iris' picture was coming out the coffee shop with his plastic bag. Is this Iris' new lover? She wouldn't stoop so low.

Sally and I walked behind him for a while, keeping our distance, and followed him to what must have been his house. I mean how disgusting. His house was underneath someone else's but the moss was growing over the thin wooden door. The air was crisp and I got a glimpse of the inside of the house.

A baby crate?!? There was a mouldy pink baby crate in the corner of the room, beer bottles surrounded the sofa and that's all I saw. This man must have loved Iris and she must love him to lose her innocence to him and not me. Why wouldn't she love me? Was I really that putrid to her that she can't love me and have a child with me? Why would she have one with a disgusting unhygienic old man with no money? If we had a child it would be amazing for everyone, they would have a real home, real parents, everything would be perfect but no.

She decides it would be best to have one with this utter horrifying man who she's probably only known for about 12 months. She makes moving on look so easy! Well Iris you have another thing coming.

This is not over.
