Lin's P.O.V
I walked into Evelyn's room after the show. When I walked in, she was asleep. I sighed and smiled too. Her hair was dark brown like my hair and she also had dark eyes like me. I learned that we're both from Puerto Rico, so it makes sense. She was my hopefully soon to be daughter.
I remembered why I came up and shook her awake and I saw her eyes opened slowly. "What Time is it?" She asked and I shrugged.
"I don't know, but do you want pizza for dinner?" I asked her as she rubbed her eyes like a baby.
"Pizza? Umm, yeah!" She answered, "I want just plain cheese pizza, please,". I nodded and walked out.
Time skip
"EVELYN!!" I called up to her, "PIZZAS HERE!!". No answer. I sighed and went upstairs to see her wearing headphones and listening to music. She took them off and looked at me as I walked in, Molly next to her.
"Is the pizza here?" She asked me, taking off her headphones.
"Yup. I also put food and water in Molly's bowls. Now hurry up before everyone eats our slices of pizza" I said and left the room.
Evelyn's P.O.V
I laughed as I stood up and walked downstairs. Molly was already down there because she heard 'Food' and 'Pizza'.
"Hey kid," Anthony said as I sat down in between him and Daveed, grabbing a slice of pizza.
"Hey Phillip, hey Daveed, and hey Jonathon," I said, since Daveed was next to me and Jonathan was in front of me so I decided to say hi you him too.
"Hey kid," Daveed answered, before shoving a piece of pizza in to his mouth.
"Hello my princess," Jonathan said to me and I stared at him, "What. I'm a king." I laughed and quickly ate my slices of pizza and went back upstairs with Molly.
It's so weird to live in a theater. I wonder if Lin only started fostering me for the publicity. He said that Tuesday he would announce that he was fostering me. After the show, of course. He said I was going to see the show on Tuesday. I told him that I didn't want him to waste his money on me, but he did anyways.
I laid down and remembered I had school tomorrow. I fell asleep after that, dreaming of a life where Lin didn't help me and I was still with the Millers. Getting beat up and being a slave.
Lin's P.O.V
I laid down next to Evelyn on her bed. I was tired and felt like laying down for a minute,
before I feel asleep in the bed.
I hope you enjoyed this chapter. I'm trying to make longer chapters, but I'm not good at that. Next chapter is hopefully going to be longer. Anyways, bye!!
