I wish I was just a kid again. Without a clue about anything in the world other than what dress my doll was wearing or what biscuits were in the cupboard. Now it was all, weirdos on the street and the wars around the world. Mum would never talk about Dad that much. She never went out and stayed in our little house in the middle of nowhere. To be honest it wasn't no where. It was home. It was just a small village and nobody really told me where on earth we were. I knew our home was part of an island and we all talked different languages in the world but that's all I really cared. There was a few small shops in town, a doctors, pharmacy and a supermarket that seemed to sell everything. There were three schools near our town, my school was the nearest and it still took half an hour to get there. I got the bus because Mum didn't drive. I had few friends in the village the rest were in the 'big place' near our school. I'd been to the 'big place' before in and shopping trip with Zoe, a girl who was one of my close friends at school. There were bright lights everywhere and big building bigger than the supermarket. It was scary and new.

Mum had just finished cooking dinner and I smelt the familiar smell of Tuesday night Stir fry.

"Lily, dinner" she called and I sprung from my seat and went down the creaky stairs. My room wasn't small but it wasn't huge either. It had a pretty white door and a gold door handle. As you walked it there was my white single bed with the electric purple covers. I had fluffy cushions over the pillows. Above my bed I had a shelf full of snow globes that my uncle used to buy me every year for Christmas or birthdays. Below the shelves but above my bed I had a collage of pictures. Mostly, of me and Dad but some of me and my friends when I left primary school and went to the school I am at now. To the left of my bed was a window and dad had made a seat in the wall below the window so I could sit there all day and listen to music or write my songs and just look out at Bobby or Mischief (the two horses in the stabled nextdoor). To the right of my bed was my desk and next to that was my wardrobes. They were both white and there was a mirror in between them. I also had a storage unit holding some old games and dad had turned one of the storage holes into a book case. I loved music. And writing music too. Dad had taught me how to first read and write notes and he bought me CDs from all over the world when he went away, wherever he went.

A/N: this book will get better. I want to make this book a serious one and It might include some names of Youtuber same stuff but I just want it to be a proper book. Stay cool✌️ xxx
