I woke up after that horrible night of tossing and turning in my new unfamiliar bed, my eyes still stung but the redness had gone. I looked at the clock and realised the bell hadn't rung for us yet. I lay there for five more minuets until the horrible siren sounded. I got up and grabbed my towel from the radiator next to my bed. Then I went to the showers. They were small cubicles, there were six shores with white curtains for privacy, opposite were mirrors and cupboards where make up and toothbrushes were stored. I washed my hair then got out and out in my denim shorts and my white floaty top I added my purple converse too. I went to the bathroom after I had brushed and styled my hair them out in my basic make up and then the boys came in demanding for me to leave.

Breakfast came with bacon and eggs. We were aloud out at 10:00 and so I packed my handbag and arranged to meet Joe in town. Soon the bell sounded and I rushed to go out. Simon stopped me.

"Lily, no running please" he said.

"Sorry" I said but he was still blocking my pathway.

"You are not aloud out on your first day, you don't know the area well enough" he said.

"Oh come on! I live five minuets away and it down the road! I know the area well enough I've lived her since I was bor!" I said beginning to cry.

"No it's not aloud" he said.

"I'm just going to meet a few of my friends in town" I said.

"It's the rules" he said letting Lucy past.

"Rules are meant to be broken" I said.

"Tough luck" he said and left. I stomped back upstairs and slammed my door hard. I texted Joe and he rang me. We chatted for hours about how I couldn't go out and everything.

"Look outside" he said. I went to my window and saw Joe sitting on the grass in the park behind with a red and white checkered mat and a picnic basket.

"Aww baby!" I said.

"Can't you sneak out?" He asked.

"I can try" I said hanging up and going back downstairs.

"Don't try and sneak out" Simon said from the tv with Thomas and Mathew.

"Can I please just go out" I begged "I'm bored out my mind"

"You can go out back and that's it" he said turning back to the tv. I fiddled with the back door and ran down the slope on the stepping stones in the grass. I popped my head over the fence and Joe was sat a little while away. I leapt over it and sat down with him. This was a fun day!
