"Do you need any help today?"
You were at Marco's house, helping him with a project he had been working on for the past week.
"Not today. I've already had an offer. He should be here any time." You looked at the man strangely, wondering who else would be helping him.
"There he is! Y/N this is August."
You looked over at the stranger, and your breath hitched in your throat. The first thing you noticed were his bright blue eyes.
He looked at you for a moment, his eyes wide, and his mouth open slightly, before turning to Marco and clearing his throat.
"Um, it's nice to meet you, Y/N."
"You too, August," you smiled at him, and turned toward Marco. "I can still stay and help. I have nothing better to do today."
Your friend nodded, and handed you one of his tools. "You and August and go ahead and start, I'm going in to grab some water."
You walked over to August, who had a hammer in his hand, and smiled. "Guess we'll be working together for a while, huh?"
He smirked, "I guess so."
