Living with Jefferson during the Curse.

You sat in the kitchen with a cup of tea in one hand and a book in the other. You could hear Jefferson fussing over his hats in the other room, and sighed. He was always stressing over the magic.
You believed him, of course. In all of Storybrooke, you were the only other person who the curse had skipped over. You managed to find Jefferson a few days after the curse hit.
Over the course of 28 years, you had learned to deal with his insanity. All you wanted to do was help him reunite with his daughter and go back to the Enchanted Forest. Unfortunately you had no magic.
A bang sounded in the next room caused you to jump. The hot liquid spilled over the top of your mug and onto your lap. You hissed in pain, and stood up just as Jefferson walked in.
"Are you okay?"
"Yeah," you said through gritted teeth, "are you?"
"No," you could hear the annoyed tone in his voice, "nothing's working. You would think after 28 years, I would have something."
"It'll be alright. Emma Swan is here, so the curse will be broken soon enough."
Jefferson scoffed, "yeah right. That woman is going to need a lot of persuading."
