Going on a date with August.
(continuation of last August chapter)

It had been a couple of months since you and August starting working together in Marco's garage. The two of you were quite close, and you had begun to grow feelings for the mysterious man.
One evening, August finally had the nerve to ask you out on a date. You said yes, of course, but now you were incredibly nervous.
You sat in your bedroom, staring down at your phone, waiting for a text from August. You had everything you needed for this date, except maybe your courage.
You weren't sure why you were so nervous. You and August spent most of your time together anyway, and you were generally comfortable around the man.
Maybe that was because you never thought anything romantic would happen between the two of you.
A knock sounded throughout your apartment, and you could feel your nerves skyrocket. A shaky sigh escaped your lips, and you picked your phone up and headed towards the front door.
You walked over to the door, and opened it. August stood on the other side, with a small bouquet of flowers in his hand, and a nervous smile on his face.
"Hey," you smiled.
"Hi," his eyes looked you up and down, before meeting your eyes again, "you look beautiful."
"You don't look too bad yourself," you winked.
He handed you your flowers, before grabbing your hand, "you ready?"
"Oh yeah," you looked up at him, "let's go."
