You didn't mean for it to happen. But isn't that how it always goes?

You had been travelling with Mulan and Phillip for a year now, in search of princess Aurora. At first, you couldn't stand Mulan. You didn't know why - maybe because of her personality or just the way she did things.

But now was a different story. Now you couldn't keep your eyes off of her. The way she moved captivated you. The way she spoke moved you. It was weird - you had never felt attracted to girls before her. But she was beautiful, radiant.

Phillip always teased you about your crush. He would claim it was obvious, and he was surprised the female warrior hadn't caught on yet. You would always punch him in the arm for saying things like that. Sometimes he would even say she liked you back.

You didn't believe him of course. How could someone as amazing as Mulan fall for someone as average as you?

You never saw the way she looked at you. You never noticed how she always caught you looking. When she looked away from you, she could never stop the redness that flooded her cheeks.

She hated it how she reacted to you. But she couldn't help but fall in love with you too.
