Long Time No See (Headmaster Kaien Cross x Reader)

Your Job

"My lady, I-" However, before he could get it out, she slapped him and her fingernails cut his cheek. 

"You were not here to protect me!" She growled, her eyes flashing red and he bowed, deeply. His blood ran down his cheek and she licked her finger, continuing,

"Zero had to keep an aristocrat from me. Why is that?" This action, her drinking the little bit of blood from him, made me clench my fists and walk off, quietly fuming. 

Yagari's POV

I watched as Cross left and (Y/N) glanced at him, sighing. Mason looked up and replied, 

"My lady, I knew you wouldn't get hurt. I knew you could handle yourself. You ha-" 

SMACK! 

The sound made me jump and my eyes widened when I saw that she made his gash larger, blood flowing from his cheek. 

"Don't be so insolent. It is your job to protect me, understand?" She replied, a bit calmer and kneeling down, she touched his cheek. He flinched, but then bowed deeper and stayed quiet, as she licked some of his blood off her fingers. 

Walking away from them, I went to the main building and to Cross's office, seeing him next to his window. 

"Cross-" I started, yet he interrupted me,

"Do you think she loves him?" The question shocked me and I answered, immediately,

"Eh? No. Not even a little." He looked at me and tilted his head, inquiring,

"So, you want to be its godfather?" 

"Hm? That's a decision for you and (Y/N)...but yes." 

"How interesting. I never thought I'd hear you say that, Toga." (Y/N)'s voice said from behind me, a faint twinge of amusement laced her voice and Kaien's expression softened. 

'He has so many names: The legendary Hunter...The vampire with no fangs, huh? How fitting for a man who loves a pure blood.' I thought, looking back at (Y/N) and nodding, reminding her that I was more understanding than she thought. 

"Yagari, may I speak to (Y/N) alone?" Kaien asked, looking at me and smiling his usual smile. Nodding, I lit a cigarette and walked out of the building, without another word.

Reader's POV

Sitting down on the couch in Kaien's office, I stayed quiet while he locked the door and started,

"(Y/N), did you forget your job?" Looking at him strangely, he ignored my gaze and closed the curtains on his window, continuing,

"Have you forgotten my job as well?" He leaned over me and lifted my chin, finishing,

"As my girl, my fiancee, my lover." 

"Kaien!" I exclaimed, shocked by his forwardness and he smirked, asking,

"Do you not...want me anymore?" 

"Don't be ridiculous! Of course I still want you...I've always loved you." I answered, grabbing him by the collar and pushing him onto the other side of the couch. I was straddling his hips and he smiled at our positions, as he rested his hands on my hips. 

"Then, prove it...Take my blood." He whispered, stretching his neck to offer his blood to me and I gasped, softly. 

"Kaien...I-"

"Please, (Y/N)." He pleaded with me, interrupting my statement and moving one of his hands to the back of my head, pushing my face to the crook of his neck. I started panting and he gasped, softly. Feeling my fangs graze his neck, his grip on me tightened and he pulled me against him, causing me to gasp softly. I trembled, lightly, and he held me, saying,

"Don't tremble. You'll make me feel bad." Sighing, I closed my eyes and rested my mouth against his pulse point, making him shiver. 

"Ah!" Kaien moaned, panting lightly, as I bit into his neck. I felt him wrap his arms around my waist and one of my hands made its way to his ribbon, pulling it free. 

"What's your affinity with pulling my hair down?" He asked and I could basically hear his smirk. I pulled away from him and he looked at me, humming. 

"Foolish man." I whispered, licking my bite marks and making him tremble. Looking at him, my eyes flashed red and his eyes widened , as I asked,

"Are you...afraid of me...Kaien?" Kaien looked shocked and he shook his head, replying,

"No! What kind of question-"

"A rational one." I replied, interrupting him and brushing his hair away from my fang marks. 

Kaien's POV

(Y/N) brushed my hair away from my neck and away from the fresh fang marks she left there. Tugging on her waist, I narrowed my eyes at her and she seemed shocked by my face. 

"Such a complicated expression." I commented, making her gasp and she glared at me, biting me again. I sighed and shocked her by grinding my hips into hers, saying,

"Such a gorgeous sound...The sound of you drinking my blood." She pulled away from me again and looked at me with wide eyes, saying,

"You have no idea...what you're talking about." Smiling, I grabbed her face and kissing her, I tasted myself. 

'This taste, my...blood.' I thought, shocking (Y/N) and making her pull away, as she said,

"Kaien! Idiot!" Wiping her mouth, she got up and unlocked the door, leaving for the house.
