Zara pov
It was Saturday, I had just woken up and I remembered everything that had happened last night came.
I groaned. Alex was attractive and nice and I did like her, she came along with her bubbly lovely funny self and got me to smile after everything that had happened with Kaia.
She had managed to get my mind off the dark haired goddess that walked the earth. I was on the kitchen counter, I had just finished talking to my dad on the phone who was back in London for work and Izzy had gone to grandmas.
My phone rang again and it was Alex
A- hey pretty
Z- hey cutie
A- how'd you sleep?
Z- like a baby, you?
A- same. Whatchu doing tonight, you wanna go grab something to eat?
Z- I'd love to
A- alright then beautiful, I'll see you later tonight
Z- bye A
I dropped. I made myself something to eat, got showered and dressed then I invited Bailey and Lora over.
"What ! Oh my gosh, she kissed you? I knew she likes you" Bailey said being dramatic and throwing her hands in the air.
"B, shut up" I said. We were in the movie room eating junk food, gossiping and talking about our love lives.
"Kaia won't be happy when she hears about this" Lora said "well, I don't need Kaia's approval to kiss someone"
I said rolling my eyes. She hasn't been at school a lot lately, she would miss school for days in these four weeks since we last spoke. To be honest, I really miss her, I miss her a lot but she hasn't been around lately and so I haven't gotten a chance to talk to her.
"Well, whatever. We should go shopping, it's Prom next week and I need a dress, I can't believe we're going to be graduating soon!" Bailey said. shit! How could I forget about prom.
"You forgot about prom didn't you?" Lora said looking at me, I nodded. "I wonder whose going to ask you? Justin already asked me" Lora said.
"Ian asked me" Bailey said.
"Kaia will ask you" -Bailey
"Alex will ask you" - Lora
They both said at the same time.
Ugh.
I ignored them "let's go shopping" I said, they both nodded.
We took Baileys Mercedes Benz and drove to the mall. We lived in Calabassis and the mall wasn't really that crowded for a Friday which was surprising.
We went inside the Gucci store first where we bought a few bags and Bailey found an amazing red dress with black heels.
We went to Versace and I bought a nice simple sleek black dress and Lora found a nice, silk white jumpsuit that hugged her body perfectly then we went to Victoria secret to buy some lingerie.
We bought clothes for a red carpet not prom, I swear. We left to go grab brunch when we had finished. We were sitting at a nice joint that served the best waffles I had ever tasted, we always came here, it was one of our favorite places to eat at.
"So what are you doing after high school, did you apply to any colleges or universities?" Lora asked me before taking a sip of her drink.
"No college or university for me. I'm going to use the money my mom left for me to start my own fashion company and yeah. My dad is well known and so some big fashion companies have seen some of my designs and are interested and want to sign me already so yeah, what about you?" I asked Lora.
"Acting, I got a call from a big movie agent the other day, saying she saw some of my YouTube videos and there is a new movie she is working in that Viola Davis and Julia Roberts are in, I went and did my audition and got the part as one of the lead roles. Shooting will start next year January" Lora said
"bitch, when the fuck were you going to tell us this like what the fuck? Are we keeping secrets now?" Bailey said,
we both looked at our friend with wide eyes
"why are you only telling us this now? We could've thrown a party after you got the part" I said.
" I was planning on telling everybody after graduation but now just seemed like a great time to tell you guys" she said.
"Well, we're both very proud of you and this motivates us to chase our dreams to and not give up. If you ever land a role with George Clooney or Brad Pitt, please get their numbers for me" I said
"George is married with kids and Brad is too old for you" Bailey said "okay first, I wouldn't mind being George Clooney's side chick and second, Brad and Angelina split and love has no age" I said rolling my eyes.
"I'm still not over Brangelina" Lora said pouting "yeah, I mean Mr and Mrs Smith is still one of my favorite movies" I said.
After lunch we drove back to my place where we chilled all afternoon.
"I've got to go, I have a date with my supernatural boyfriend" Bailey said when it was around 6pmish.
"Yeah, Alex will be here to pick me up too so" I got up from the couch and stretched. B and Lora left and I had just finished getting dressed when I heard the doorbell ring.
"Coming!" I opened the door and Alex was there, wearing light blue skinny jeans, black sneakers and a black t shirt, her hair tied down.
"Hey you, you look cute" she said walking in and giving me a hug.
"You don't look so bad yourself" I said. I pulled away from the hug but she kept her hands on my waist, pulled me closer and kissed me.
"Let's go" we left in her black Mercedes. We first went to the movies and watched an amazing movie called Everything Everything and we were now walking in at McDonalds.
We sat and ordered and chatted, laughed. Alex was really cute and a great listener. Her hand was on my thigh moving up and down as we sat next and spoke "let's get out of here" she whispered in my ear.
I nodded and we paid then walked out, just before getting in her car, Alex pulled me close to her and cupped my face and brought our lips together.
There weren't people in the parking lot and so nobody would see us. Alex grabbed my butt and lifted me up and opened the backseat door to her car, my legs wrapped around her waist.
Her lips moved from mine to my neck and I opened my eyes and saw Kaia.
Wtf?!?
I saw her standing behind Alex with fury in her eyes, next thing I know Alex is being pulled by her shirt from the back and being thrown to the ground by Kaia.
"What the fuck?" Alex groaned, holding her head that had hit the ground.
Kaia pulled me roughly by my wrist. "Ouch,you're hurting me" I said as she kept a tight grip on my wrist, Alex got up from the floor and walked towards Kaia
"let go of her wrist bitch twin" Alex said. Kaia stood behind me
"tell your little friend here to fuck off Zara, before I hurt her and you know I will" Kaia said.
Scared of what Kaia would do and what she is capable of, I did what she said because I didn't really have a choice.
"It's fine Alex, I'll talk to you later. I'm sorry but I have to leave" I said.
Alex's face went sad and confused
"are you sure your going to be okay with her? If she's hurting you Zara you can ju--" she was cut off.
"just shut the fuck up" Kaia said, turning around and pulling me with her to her blood red Cadillac.
I looked back at Alex who was stood there watching me "get in the fucking car" Kaia's voice was scaring, anger was written all over her face.
LI got inside and she got inside on her side and started driving.
