Zara pov
"Stop stealing my fries!" I yelled at my girlfriend, she quickly put the fry in her mouth and put her hands up in surrender.
"Gosh, you've eaten so much already. How is it that you have that body?"
"Babe, I'm supernatural. That's like the one things you always forget about me and it's the one thing you shouldn't forget"'she said, throwing her hands in the air.
"Whatever" I said, then I started eating my fries. "Can I please have some?" She asked, putting on a cute puppy dog face.
"No"
Her face fell and I laughed and put the fries in my mouth.
"Savage" she said, I rolled my eyes at her.
We were at our hotel in our suite eating dinner after a long day of exploring Hawaii.
"So, after this week in Hawaii where are we going?" She asked, she pulled me closer to her side.
"Well, I'm going to start my fashion company S.Z.A, get the hundreds of designs I have done and collaborate with the other designers who have taken interest in my designs and want to invest in me. I'm excited but also nervous because to have a designer like Phillip Plein to take interest in my work is just unbelievable" I said.
Kaia looked at me weirdly "what?" I asked, "do I have food on my face?" . She snorted "no, I'm just proud of you. I honestly want the best for you, I want you to grow into an independent women and be the mother our kids will look up to" she said, she kissed my cheek.

"Hopefully, I won't get you knocked up in the middle of your career" she snorted. I smacked her face "ow!" She groaned, I rolled my eyes.
"Oh by the way, before your career take off and all that jazz. Theres stuff that I need to tell you about the future" she said in a serious tone. I nodded my head, telling her to go on.
"Well, if you do end up falling pregnant then you will mostly likely have twins because that's the way it's been in my family since, well....forever. The whole deal with the twins is that if its two girls then one will most likely have a male part and the other will have a female part or maybe both could have male parts but they never have female parts together. If it's a girl and a boy, it could be the same situation as Ian and I. Those are the two options we have because our royal family normally gets those two, we rarely get two boys so"
this was a lot to take in. The thought of carrying a human in me kind of scared me but it also excited me.
Motherhood is something I've always pictured in my mind, I want to be the mother my mother was to me.
I wanted to carry Kaia's children, I know she would be a great mother too.
"Why do the girls get male parts?" I asked
"It's only in our blood line, so the royal family can live forever. Aezo people are led and protected by us, the assassins.
Our Royal children are destined to be assassins to protect their blood line and their mates and future children" she said.
The whole assassin situation doesn't sit well with me.
"My children are going to be killers?" I asked.
"Don't look at the assassins as killers, we don't do what we do for fun Zara, I don't do it for fun. I do it so i can protect you and my people. We kill those who deserve to die, we work in the darkness to serve the light. Look, you are destined to be with me, I'm destined to be with you, this is the way it's suppose to be wether you like it or not. This is me and I'm tired of trying to get you to accept the situation" she said, anger visible in her body language.
"I don't see the protection in this situation Kaia, I almost got killed because of this 'protection'. What would've happened to my dad if I had, my brother! You come and tell me about protection, after what I went through because of your whole assassin killing shit, there is no light into killing people, its all dark shit that nobody should have to go through" I said.
Kaia was holding her glass very tightly, her eyes fixed on the floor like if she looked at me she would blow. I quickly covered my face when she broke the glass in her hand, glass flying around. Blood came out of her hand but a second later just disappeared.
She took deep breaths and closed her eyes then she looked over at me.
Vulnerability and anger in her eyes
"I know it's a lot, but it is what it is. I don't know what more you want me to say or do, it's like your not even trying to understand Zara, like you don't want to even hear it, I feel like I'm talking to a fucking wall!" She said, I could tell she was trying to not yell.
"I'm trying Kaia, more than you think. You expect so much from me and that's fine but don't expect me to say yes to everything you say" I said, desperate for her to understand but her face told me she wasn't at all.
"I don't expect you to! I just want you to accept me for who I am and what I do but you don't, Bailey understands the situation and accepts Ian for what he does because she loves him"
"Oh come on, that was a low blow and you know it. I love you Kaia ---"
"Liar" she cut me off
Then she disappeared .
