It was a mere coincidence.
2 identical girls bumping into each other at a hospital corridor. Completely normal. Nothing out of the ordinary. One, the daughter of a billionaire and the other a noble girl whose bloodline linked all the way back to the first King of the country.
One girl was going to visit her brother who got hit by a drunk driver while he was helping a grandmother with failing eyesight to cross the road and the other girl on her way to visit her grandfather who was in a coma. Them bumping into each other was just pure coincidence... right? After all, everyone knows that you have a doppelgänger out there... somewhere.
Except that both of them looked exactly like the other. Down to the very position of their facial moles. Even their personalities were extremely similar.
And the fact that they shared the same name, middle name, nicknames, birthday, blood type and even the same DNA. The only difference being their surnames - one ends with an a and the other an e.

A Morgana girl and a Morgene girl.
Girls from 2 opposing family clans. Family clans that had been at war with each other since ancestral times. Girls born on the same day at the same time from 2 different mothers. Girls who were engaged to the same man since birth through an arrange marriage and the only way for a wedding to occur was for them to battle each other. To the death.
What can go wrong?
