NIALL'S POV
As that paper towel tumbles to the floor gracefully they sight of Sophia's destruction to herself was not plesant. Why would she want to ruin her beautiful skin? Why wasn't I there to hold her when she needed me? I could have stopped her. This was my fault.
"Shit..." I mumbled.
Her glossy eyes just stared at the wooded floor boards as she stood stuck to the ground like a statue. The other two lads have seen. The facials almost matched mine. Worried, upset. I felt dissappointed. Not towards her, but more towards myself. I failed her, I failed myself.
"We need to take you to hospital. Right now!" I finally spoke up.
"No. Please. I'm fine" She softly spoke up.
"No. Saying that you're fine and actually being fine are two completely different things.
Louis, grab the car keys.
Harry, grab my phone" I say but my eyes are still glued to the mess that's in front of me.
I reach out to grab a hold of Sophia's arm but she flinches and moves it away. The feeling of rejection is the hardest thing for me to deal with. Especially it being from her. I care dearly for her. I wouldn't want anything bad to happen to her. Ever. But it seems as if I couldn't stop her with this so I feel like utter crap.
Over my years being the 'bad boy' image that I've always set myself up to be, it's not really me. I guess people can change you.
Maybe mum was right...
Sometimes I think about what happened to her and why I've turned out the way that I have.
When I was younger I hated pretty much every one, except mum. I could talk to her and she would listen. But dad took took that privilege away. Every god damn night he'd come home dunk as ever and abuse the shit out of mum and I. I will never forgive him for the fucked up things that he did. Sure, people remind me of being like him when I'm voilent, so that just creates more of a problem. I am not like my father. No way.
As the thoughts of my disgusting father creep back onto my mind, I try to push those thoughts into the back of my head. My number one priority is to get Sophia to a hospital and fast.
I quickly race to the kitchen and wet down lightly a tea towel and race back to her. I place it on her arm and begin walking towards the door.
Sophia fights the urge to pull away, I can tell but her feet allow her to walk. We all reach the car and as I help Sophia into the car the other two lads stand behind me.
"Here." Harry mumbles as he places both my keys and my phone into my hand.
"Thanks" I reply
"She'll be fine, won't she?" Louis asks in concern.
"The faster I get her to hospital the better. I'll text or call you when I can. Okay?"
"Okay." Louis replies quietly.
I shut Sophia's door and race around to get into the drivers seat. One last glace over at her and I see that she's staring blankly at the tea towel that I placed on her arm.
As I pull out of the driveway and onto the quiet street, I figure out in my head the quickest way to the hospital and then I make a fast getaway to get Sophia the help that she needs.
(Once again I'm extreamly late to update and I honestly feel terrible :( but I hope that people are enjoying the story so far. It would mean a lot to me if you Voted.
