Y/N POV
The evening air stung my face as I ran away carrying my bag filled with crisp green bills stolen from the very source.

I run in an alleyway hoping that they don't see me but I was wrong. Very, very wrong. The alley was a dead end and they caught up to me. Officers cornered me in the alley.

"Stop where you are and you won't get hurt" I heard one of the officers say but I knew that was a lie. Everything they say is a lie.

Thinking quickly, I scan my surroundings. I see a couple of boxes, a dumpster, and a fire escape far above me.

Smirking I charge towards the officers only to turn and jump on the boxes to get on the dumpster and then use the wall to push myself higher to get ahold of the ladder to the fire escape and pull it down to climb up.

The officers stood there with their mouths opening and closing like a goldfish before they came back to their senses to catch me. I quickly pulled the ladder back up so they did not have access to the fire escape.

I watched amused seeing them scatter trying to find a way to get up. "What a bunch of idiots."

Slowly making my way up the stairs, I grab a bar out of my bag and slowly ate it peering over the railing to see how much progress the cops have had getting access. "Seriously. What are they teaching them at the academy these days."

Yes, I was a former police officer. I've always looked up to them seeing how they saved lives and caught the bad guys but once I learned the truth about them, I hated them. Instead of doing their work, they would lounge around the precinct doing nothing. A few of them tried to do their work but eventually gave up because of everyone's lack of effort.
I resigned within a week of the beginning of my police career and became a criminal.

~back to the present~

Just as I reached the roof, I finished my bar and threw the wrapper over the side of the building. I secured my backpack and prepared myself. On the opposite side of the roof, I began to run. I kept running until I met the other side and I swiftly jumped to the next building over.

After traveling by rooftop for about 20 minutes, I finally reached my destination. My shared apartment with my boyfriend, Park Jimin. It was a huge apartment with a glass wall overlooking the city. The rest of the walls were painted black with an array of black and white furniture inside the living room and bedroom. The kitchen had black cabinets with beautiful marble counter tops.

"Hey babe. I'm back." I said while kissing him on his mochi like cheeks. "Hey kitten. How did the job go?"

"It was good. The coppers are still at the same level of stupidity as last time. Hey didn't we have a couple of sodas left?"

(Authors note: I swore that I would never drink and that's the same for this character)

"Oh yeahhhhhhh. About that, the boys came over and drank them. I forgot to get some more. Do you wanna go get groceries with me since you're here early today?" Jimin responded while browsing the shows on Netflix.

"Depends. What do you want to have for dinner tonight? I'm kinda craving kimchi fried rice. You okay with that?"

Jimin came out of the restroom and back hugged me and nuzzles his face into my neck. "Yeah. That sounds perfect babe. Go get ready now so we can go."

"Okay" I ran to the bathroom to take a quick shower and went to our closet to pick some clothes. I didn't really put much though into it and grabbed Jimin's shethiscomma hoodie and slid on some black jeans and black converse.

By the time I was done, Jimin was ready to go waiting patiently by the door. I ran up to him and gave him a quick peck as he held the door open for me. I could tell that this trip to the store would be fun. Anything related to Jimin was automatically considered fun.
