Hey everyone! My story is doing great so far. And sorry it took so long to get some of the previous chapters done and uploaded. I've just been busy with other stuff on my phone and with school stuff. Plus, I've been trying to come up with ideas for some of the chapters. And yeah, I know that the previous chapter here is pretty sad and relateable to most of you who's lost a close friend and family member. Well, this one might be a little bit sadder than the last one. But I'll try my best to come up with a happy ending for this chapter. Until then, happy reading!
Later, Kopa was sitting outside the hangar with Robyn, both being deep in thought. It hadn't been long; only a few minutes since Ahadi's and Uru's deaths, and still they were glum. But who would blame them? "You know? I'm really gonna miss them," sniffled Robyn.
"Yeah, I'm gonna miss them to," sighed Kopa as he leaned over and nuzzled her.
Slowly but surely feeling better, Robyn rubbed Kopa's back in return when a lot of commotion caught their attention. Almost all of their friends were hurrying towards a helicopter that was coming their way, including Mr. Starling. "Hey! What's going on?" Robyn asked.
"It's Creech and Dusty!" Aurora replied as she ran by. "Ariel and a Mexican search-and-rescue team found them, but by the way Ariel was talking to me about it, it sounded like they've drowned! We're going over to the landing area to greet them right now!"
It suddenly clicked in realization for Kopa. "Sis! Bro!" he exclaimed as he hurried off.
It took Robyn a bit to realize it to. "Oh no," she whispered as she ran after him.
By the time they got there, they could clearly see Creech, Dusty, and Ariel, who was still in her mermaid form and looking clearly sadder than usual, being lowered down to the ground on a net. They all stood shock still, including El Chu and the Propwash gang, who had just arrived. Creech and Dusty looked like they were in terrible shape; they were both bruised and bleeding in various areas of their bodies. They were both still and unconscious, barely moving a mussel. The moment they gently touched the ground, everyone immediately began gathering around them. "Creech!" Anya cried in horror.
"Dusty!" cried Dottie.
"¡Mi amigos!" El Chu exclaimed.
"Oh no," Robyn whispered as she took Creech's still, limp hand into her's. Her heart felt like it would break.
Anna and Elsa almost felt the same way. Elsa was trying not to cry too hard, and Anna was desperately getting water out of their lungs while trying to find any signs of life coming from them. Finally, after what seemed like forever, a cough came from Dusty. His eyes opened wearily to see the young woman looking at him. "Wh-what took you so long?" he pratically whispered.
"Dusty! Oh, thank goodness!" Anna exclaimed as she just helped him sit up and hugged him.
Dusty didn't say anything in reply; he was just so tired, he slipped once again into unconsciousness. Gently laying him down again thanks to some help from Robyn, Anna quickly got to work on trying to revive Creech. Luckily, it didn't take very long; only about a minute before the cough finally came. No words could ever describe Robyn's relief and happiness the moment Creech's eyes opened. "G-guys?" she whispered before suddenly falling over.
Luckily, Tom, who had arrived only seconds earlier after Jerry, managed to catch her, preventing her from cracking open her head in the process, and as gently as though he were dealing with a fragile figurine, laid her down back on the pavement. And at that moment, Belle and Jasmine quickly took action. "Quick! Get them both inside!" Belle ordered.
