Ugh, what time is it? I looked at the clock.
It 6:30.
Dang it nuts! I'm gonna be late to school!
As I turned rolled on the other side of my bed, I hit a hard chest.
Wait-what? I blinked continuously.
Kevin?! He fell asleep on my bed?!
"Kevin, wake up! We're gonna be late to school!" I screamed in his ears!
I was too worried about getting to school on time to even bother about me and Kevin sleeping together.
We just slept. Literally. Nothing more.
He slowly opened his eyes.
"A-Amy?! What are you doing here?" he yelled.
"Kevin, you're on my bed. I should be the one asking you that question!" I replied, frustrated.
"Oh, I'm so sorry!" he said, jumping off the bed.
I giggled.
"Nah, it's fine. Awh, we didn't finish the movie! We both fell asleep before it ended," I yawned.
"Still sleepy?" he asked.
"Yeah... I should have went to sleep sooner," I replied.
"Well, let's hurry up now. We're going to be late," he said.
Dawn, my brother, was standing right in front of my door the moment that Kevin opened it.
Dawn's jaw dropped wide.
"Wait, wait wait, Dawn. It's not what it looks like!" I quickly jumped in.
"Messy bed sheets and a teenager boy and girl in one room," Dawn thought to himself.
He turned to Kevin and literally stared him down.
"Asshole! What did you do to my sister?!" Dawn shouted as he grabbed Kevin by the shirt.
"Dawn! Stop it! Kevin fell asleep last time when we were watching a movie! Nothing happened. Let him go!" I screamed as I tried pulling Dawn away.
"Oh," he said. He let's go of Kevin.
"Sorry about that, man. I thought something happened.
"No, I understand. I would have misunderstood too, if I found a guy in my sister's bedroom," Kevin said.
Kevin is surprisingly calm, like always.
We ran down stairs to eat breakfast, and Dawn drove us to school as fast as he could.
On the way to school, I told Dawn about what happened and how Kevin will live with us temporarily.
"Oh, okay. Thanks for taking care of my sister. I'm glad we have you buddy!" Dawn winked at Kevin.
He dropped us off and waved goodbye. As soon as Kevin and I stepped into the school, everyone crowded by.
"Oh my gosh! You guys left from the same car at the same time!"
"Wait, do you guys live together?!"
"Amy and Kevin are dating, everyone!"
Rumors were spreading everywhere! God, I don't think I can handle this! How can a Level 3 like me be dating a Level 1 like Kevin, is what they're probably all thinking. This is just great.
And of course, somehow, the whole school knew about what happened last night and how Kevin is currently living with me to train me and "protect" me.
Then the upper levels started talking to me.
Weird. Very weird.
"So I heard you're living with Kevin now," Sydney, a level 2, smirked.
"Yup, not my decision though," I rolled my eyes.
"Are you okay? I heard what happened. There are so many dangerous people nowadays," she laughed.
Sydney seems nice, but also kind of.. fake. Oh well, whatever.
"Yeah, I'm fine. Thanks," I smiled.
She stared at my shirt for what seems like an eternity.
I look down. Hmm, I'm wearing a shirt that says "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" and has fake blood splattering all over it.
"You like that movie? The Texas Chainsaw Massacre?!" she screamed, jumping up and down.
"You do too?! It's one of my favorites! I love scary movies!" I yelled back.
Wow, I didn't know people in the upper levels watch this stuff.
Before I knew it, we started discussing about all of my favorite movies.
"Here, text me!" Sydney said as she wrote down her number on my arm.
"Will do!" I replied as she walked to her class.
After school was over, I met up with Kevin, Yasming, Christian, Brandon, Serena.. and OLIVE?!
"Ohh, are ya'll dating now?!" I asked Serena.
"Shut up. So what if we are?" she smiled as Olive held her hand.
"Yuckkkk," said Yasming.
"Just kidding, Serena. We're happy for you!" Yasming said as we jumped in to hug her.
Olive smiled. Hmm, they're so cute!
Brandon walked closer to me and said, "I'm sorry for inviting you over so late. If it wasn't for me, that wouldn't have happened!" he said, apologeticly.
"It's not your fault, Brandon. I'm fine, okay?" I smiled. "Now, your girlfriend's probably waiting for you. I'll text you about the work later," I said.
"Well, we broke up," Brandon whispered.
My eyes widened, along with Serena's and Yasming's.
"Wait, why?" I asked.
This could my chance! I can't believe it! EHHHHHH! So happy!
