**1 week later**

**OLIVE's POV**

"Hey," says Amy, as she walked up to me with Kevin by her side.

"Hi, Amy. Kevin," I replied.

"So.. How are you and Serena? I heard that you broke up with her," Amy whispered, looking down at the ground.

"Yeah, I decided to. Why would I date someone who wouldn't even trust me? And who would overreact over every single thing," I said.

"Serena was just a little but worried, Olive. She really didn't mean to make you mad. She's not like that, and you know it. Breaking up with her instead of talking it out, is a little too far if you ask me," Amy stared at me.

She seems pissed. I understand though. Serena is her best friend. Why would she be fond with someone who just dumped her best friend?

"Look, Amy. I know you're mad, but this isn't any of your business. I can break up with her if I want to," I said, coldly.

Man, I sound like a jerk right now.

"Olive, you know me better than that. Serena's business is MY business. There's no way I'm backing out of this without an apology from you towards her," Amy said.

"I know that I hurt her, but I'm not the only one in the wrong here. She overreacted way too much! She was causing a ruckus!" My voice got louder.

"Olive, keep it down. We're in the middle of the hallway," Kevin spoke up for the first time.

"Okay, maybe she was being a little dramatic, but if you truly cared and loved her, you would try to understand. Try to understand the situation that she was in. She felt a little doubtful about Shelby transferring, that's all. I'm sure she did not mean to insult her. I'm positive," said Amy.

Yeah, I guess Amy's right. I should have talked about this more before breaking up with her like this. Still, it annoyed the heck out of me when she just blew up on me like that.

"Alright, I'll go talk to her," I said, making my final decision.

"I really think you should work this out. You guys really, really liked each other. And I bet y'all still do. Just think about it, okay?" Amy smiled softly.

"Okay, I will. I was also overreacting too. Thank you, Amy. This made me feel a lot better, now that I can sort things out with Serena," I replied.

"Okay! Tell me how it goes! Let's go, Kevin," Amy said as she started walking.

I was on my way to class, but stopped because I heard a familiar voice.

"Hey Olive!" The person said.

Wait, it can't be....

No way?!?

I turned around to look at the person who's calling my name.

"Shelby?" I said.
