"I love you and I'll protect you."

Just three words and my world was in despair. I didn't know what did Mats plan on doing once he made contact with Robert, and the scariest thing about it was that I didn't want him to. No matter what happened, whatever Robert threw at me, treated me the way he did, I would never want him to get hurt.

If I wished otherwise, what difference would there remain between me and him?

Today was a sunny day in Munich, the weather was hot and the temperature was constantly rising too. It seemed a good day to take Clara for a dive in the waters. I called my daughter downstairs, my voice being a mere croak due to the flu I had caught just recently.

Turns out, wearing a cotton shirt isn't enough to protect you from Munich's cold drafty winds, especially when your man forces you to wear them.

It felt good to call Mats mine. I stood in front of the mirror and watched my mouth as his name rolled off my tongue, it felt foreign, exquisite, beautiful and all mine, a feeling I could never get enough of.

When Clara padded downstairs in her pink pajamas, I pulled at her cheeks. "Do you want to go for a swim in the pool?" In a heart beat, she nodded and disappeared from my sight, only returning minutes later with her floating tube and her two piece swimsuit on.

How was this child so fast? Probably got that from Robert, I suppose.

"I'm ready, mommy! Let's go!" She squealed at me and held my finger in her small hands.

I smile at her. "You can swim all you want, but mommy won't be able to join you in the water. I have a flu, remember?" I sniffed for the dramatic effect which Clara seemed to catch up on. "Now get your things, I'll go make you some sandwiches for lunch. You didn't eat anything at all, baby." As I ruffled her hair and went off to the kitchen, I instructed Clara not to get in the pool, though shallow watered, but still dangerous.

As I pulled my shawl closer to my body, another sneeze made its way out of my mouth. I closed my eyes, trying to suppress anything else that was on the way -- another hiccup or a sneeze. I managed to make two sandwiches somehow with bacon and lettuce only, the way Clara liked it. I so added a slice of cheese to it before packing it in a lunch box and making my way downstairs.

I allowed Clara to get into the water once I was around her and so she did, laughing, and fluttering in the water. She actually seemed happy after a long while to me.

My breathing however stopped for a second when I saw a group of men walking into the house. Robert and a few of his teammates made their way towards me, my eyes though, focused only on a familiar black haired man. Robert was surprisingly happy, or so he looked. I saw him walk in and snake an arm around my waist and press a kiss to my cheek. My eyes widened at the response but I didn't do anything to push him away, he was too quick with his moves.  "Hi." He said breathlessly.

"Uh, hi?" I mumbled back.

"Hi baby." His head turned to Clara and he passed a wink in her direction followed by a flying kiss from Clara. "You must already know these men; Manuel, Joshua and Mats." True to his words, I did know these men, who wouldnot after all. M

They were on the National team.

I greeted them with a smile.

My eyes fell on Mats and I bit my lip. He was looking at me with such...

Anger? I couldn't tell.

"I'll go get you all something to drink." I smiled at the four of them.

"Thanks." I heard Robert say before I disappeared in the kitchen again.

I was just pouring the lemonade into the glasses when I felt someone lurking behind me. Turning around, I came face to face with my husband. He had an apologetic smile on his face and a glint in his eyes. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you about them coming. It just slipped my mind. We just finished practice and I invited them over." My mind couldn't even register to his words.

Was he really saying sorry about that? Or just saying sort at all?

"It's okay, Robert." I mumble out incoherently, my mind too clustered with him being so close to me.

"I'll take these." He took the tray of glasses from my hand and went off, not before saying another sorry. I swear, I had to grab the kitchen counter to steady myself to this new version of Robert.

As I walked off towards my room to get something to eat for the flu, my breathing hitched yet again when I felt a pair if hands grab me by the waisat and spin me around in a heartbeat. I had no time to think and before you know it, I am smashed against the wall of our boardroom, a pair of familiar soft lips colliding against my own dry ones in lust and hunger.

The perfect combination to drive one wild.

A minute later, I feel Mats pulling a mere inch away from me and moving onto my neck, biting and sucking it at all the right places, giving me all the wrong feelings

A minute later, I feel Mats pulling a mere inch away from me and moving onto my neck, biting and sucking it at all the right places, giving me all the wrong feelings. "You, are, mine." He said in between every kiss, "I can't see him touching you." He said again, "You're mine. All mine." He said before pressing another kiss to my lips. "And I fucking love you."

Soooooper short but hey. I got it up.
