At night James and his mom took me to his aunt Matilda. She took one look at me and gave me a hug and said "Oh, you are a beauty, just like James said when he first met you." I looked at James and he turned bright red, like a tomato. "Oh really, well at least he didn't say anything bad, right?" I said. "Ya, that would be even more awkward for me than him saying that you were so cute that he thought he might die. He also said that he thought that you were the most beautiful girl in the world, just so you know." said Matilda. By this point both of us were bright red, so we said our 'goodbye' and our 'see you tomorrow' and when they left Matilda asked how I knew James and I told her the whole embarrassing story of how I bumped into him on the first day and that whole dilemma. Next she brought me to a guest room and said that I could stay as long as I needed to.
The next morning James came by to walk with me to school, when we left he took my hand and said "Good morning my darling." "Darling?" I asked him. "Ya, what about that?" "Nothing, just glad that you recovered from last night, cutie." I said with my eyebrow raised. "Yes, and it looks like you did too."
