"Mr. and Mrs. Valderrama, I am sorry to have to tell you this over the phone, but your daughter and her boyfriend have been in a car accident due to an impaired driver." said a lady over the phone.
"What?" I said.
"Yes, she is at the Good Samaritan Hospital, just a bit away from you, we can send directions if you need, and we don't have the contact number for Mason's parents, do you?"
"I can find the hospital, but Mason's parents are not alive, we usually look after him, or he goes to his friend's house, but I can let them know for you."
"Okay, thank you. I guess we will see you soon."
"Yes." I said and she hung up.
I turned to Wilmer and collapsed with tears running down my face.
"What is it darling?" Wilmer asked me.
"Winter and Mason were in a car accident because of an impaired driver." I said. "We need to tell Mason's friend's before we go, so they can come too."
"Of course Demi, I will call them for you." he said. He went over and got the phone and let them know. "They are coming with Demi."
"Okay, let's go." I said.
We got in the car and went to pick up Mason's friends.
When we got to the hospital, I saw the lady that must have called me came to me. "She is in room 369 in the one of the emergency rooms, and Mason is in room 282, but his is not as serious, he is awake right now, but Winter is in a coma."
