I take the subway to school everyday. The same route, the same time, the same music. If I look out the windows, I see the same views in which I always do, never different. Until that boy came on about a year ago.

He looked to be about my age, with nice sort of curly brown hair, parted to one side. He had a little dimple in his chin, and beautiful brown eyes. So on that train, I just sort of watched him.

It wasn't in a creepy sort of way, it was in a curious fashion. I had questions like 'why he was on the subway?' but I never asked him anything. I just observed him.

He got off at the same stop as me everyday to go to school. He was in my chemistry class.

All things aside, I found him intriguing. Almost mysterious in a cuter way. He would dip his head down to look at his phone, and look right  back up, as if he didn't want anyone to see what he was looking at. He would sometimes type a quick text. Sometimes, he would re-read it, and type it again.

The other thing that struck me as odd was that he never opened his bag in front of anyone. It always remained shut, and seemed to be quite full of things. I mean, we didn't get that much homework so it couldn't possibly be that.

My curiosity has been eating me up all year. He does the same thing everyday, yet it feels different each time. I just can't seem to figure out what's up with him.

So I decided to follow him.

After school, I got off at his stop and kept my distance. He seemed pretty normal from where I was. Then, he looked around, and whipped into an ally. I rush closer and smoothly slide in behind a garbage can near where he stands. I peek over the side and see him removing his shirt and pretty much everything else. I look back and blink before I look again to see him struggling to put on a suit. Spiderman's suit.

I stare in awe as he presses the black spider on the front of the suit until it slides over him tightly. This boy is Spiderman. I start to back away as fast as I can, my eyes on him, until the worst possible thing happens. I trip over a can. I fall on my ass and his head whips right around, and he sees me.

His eyes grow the size of tennis balls as he quickly speed walks over to me. He pulls me up and brings me to the other side of the dumpster, where he was before.

"What are you doing here?" He whispers franticly, his knee bouncing up and down. He still has a grip on my wrist, though it is gentle.

"I'm sorry. I just saw you go into the ally-"

He interrupts, "It's (Y/n) right? Oh my god. What's Tony gonna say? I don't even know you!" He says to himself.

"Look, I'll keep your secret, okay? I won't tell anyone, I promise."

"Okay, I really hope I can count on you, (Y/n)." He checks his watch. "Shit. I have to go. See you around."

"Wait!" I say. "Bye... Peter was it?"

He looks at me in surprise. "You know my name?"

     "Yeah," I blush. "I guess I do."
