Chapter 13 Wynter POV
  I woke to my phone going off. "Hello?" I answered aggravated. "Lil girl wake yo ass up and come get me" Lamar said. Ugh bruh i hate when someone wakes me up. "Shut up I'm finna get dressed" i said.   I was getting ready and waiting for Wynter to pick me up. I brushed my teeth and washed my face. I grabbed my clothes off the dresser and put them on. I had on my black jeans with a grey hoodie and my light grey Nike's. "You have a ride jt?" My momma yelled. "Yes ma'am" i responded grabbing my book bag and heading down stairs.   I ainn tryna be rude i just have a lot going on as you see. I just found out my brother has cancer in his leg and my mom is stressed out. My ma fakes her happiness for me and my siblings when i know she stressed out. So i been stepping up. Doing a lil work around the house and allat. I guess i just lost some of my rest and now I'm irritated.  We ate our food and went back to the truck. "Go to sleep lamar I'll wake you up when we gotta go back to school." Wynter said.
