Chapter 16 - Fuck It

I've been gone for too long but rest assured shes back!

I recently quit my job because I'm going to start school soon and will be a full-time student. So I'm going to be posting regularly again.

My posting schedule will be posted tomorrow and I will be posting it either my bio or will be updated into this chapter.

The rest of the day was uneventful considering how all the estate was on edge. I had no doubt word had spread of Vlad's violent outburst this morning and I'm sure everyone was trying to stay out of trouble.

Not me though. I was looking for it. Well him.

It's been hours of roaming this huge ass place although it did give me more time to admire the beauty of it all. This was probably the nicest place I'd ever been held captive before.

Ben and Sam were both being looked after by Ricky Lavedo who was one of my best friends while I was with Vlad. He would take a bullet for me any day and I would have done the same for him. That was until I found out he knew about Vlad being engaged to bitchsaurus. Some friend he was.

I found this out 2 days before I left making me feel less bad about my decision to leave. Nonetheless I knew he would never hurt my twins and would guard them as he would his own children.

Hopefully they torture him good in my place. Knowing my little trouble makers, they would do just that. This thought put a pep in my step seeing as that traitor was getting what he deserved maybe even worse.

After a long period roaming the halls my enthusiasm began to deteriorate as the hours ticked on by turning my pep into a slow trudging. Why was it so hard to find Vlad? I mean I understand that this place is huge and all but still this is fucking ridiculous.

Stopping in my place I closed my eyes giving myself a moment to breath and calm myself. Why was I even looking for him? What would I say? What would he say? Why would be do that?

Taking a deep breath in and the out I opened my eyes slowly giving my eyes a chance to adjust to the lighting.

Looking around I began to walk. I walked until I saw a man who appeared to be posted in a nearby hallway. Walking to stand in front of him I gave him my sweetest smile before kneeing him hard in the crotch.

Vlad 100% only hired assholes which I knew from experience so I knew asking him nicely would get me nowhere.

As he laid on the floor clutching his balls in pain I reached down and took his phone knowing everything I would be needing to find this douche.

Scrolling through this random dude's phone made me feel a little bad for him seeing as his wallpaper was a picture of who only I could assume to be his daughter looking absolutely adorable smashing a cake. I knew I should have done the twins a smash cake for their first birthday it would have been too cute but stupid Daniel convinced me otherwise. He totally deserved that beating.

Tuning out the wallpaper I made my way over to his messages. The most recent ones being in a group chat titled "Inner Watch" which told me these would be the guys inside which is exactly what I was going to need.

Scrolling through their chat I noticed that they texted in a super lame and obvious to understand code with things like "The Big Bad wolf just attacked a sheep and is on the way to his den". I couldn't help the snort that escaped me realizing who exactly the Big Bad wolf and how they referred to Daniel as a sheep.

This in mind I began to articulate my message. "Any one have eyes on the Big Bad Wolf?" after pressing send I kept my eyes glued to the screen waiting for a reply. Which came quickly "BBW in the den."

Pursing my lips, I realized I had no fucking clue what "the den" was referring to as I responded, "How do I get to the den from..." looking around for some sort of landmark that would communicate my location "the hall with the cool chandelier on the ceiling?"

I was met with a quick "The hall you're guarding?"

Slapping my forehead, I quickly responded "yeah duh thats what I meant."

Which caused my forehead to welcome another slap as I realized I typed out duh. How dumb could I possibly be?

Obviously not as dumb as the dude I was messaging as he sent me a map with my location started and a red line directing me to "the den". I felt pretty damn suspicious right now but apparently, he took no notice.

Well fuck it. I got what I needed and with that I was on my way.
