Sara's POV~
Noah hasn't been home in hours.... hasn't texted me or called me... I'm getting nervous. I then got a call from NOAH!!
"HEY BABY" I yell
"I'm not Noah" a man said
"WHAT DID U DO TO HIM" I question/yell
"Nothing... he had a car accident.... I'm so sorry miss" he silently said
"NO! NO!!!! YOUR JOKING!!!" I cry
"I wish I was..." he sadly said
I cry harder.
"W-wha-what hos-hospi-hospital?" I cry
" pipa pipa" the man replied
I nodded but remembered I was on the phone.
"O-ok" I say
I started walking to the hospital crying.
I walked to the front office.
"No-Noah sc-schn-schnapp" I cry
"573" the lady replied
I just nodded and walked in.
I sat on the chair and cried.
Seeing my boyfriend, my best friends life-less bobby laying in front of me made me cry even more.
"WHY DID YOU HAVE TO TAKE
HIM!!" I cry
"I need him" I say
I hear the door open but I don't look back.
"Please wake up Noah, I love u" I cry
I hear 2 girl voices and 3
Boy ones.
I look back and see the stranger things cast crying.
"Y-you m-mu-must b-be s-Sar-sara" millie cried.
I nodded and looked back at Noah.
She came up to me and hugged me.
"I heard a lot about you" she smiled
"He always spoke about you" Finn replied
I smile, a sad smile.
I lay my head in his chest.
"Please don't leave me" I cry
The doctor walked in.
"We need to take him to a room... to see if he will wake up again...." he said looking down.
I nodded and walked up to him.
"Pl-plea-please tr-try ma-make h-h-him wak-wake up" I cry
"I'll try my hardest" he replied
I nodded and walked back to the chair and cried.
"Why him?" I ask
"I don't know..." Sadie replied
"Always the best people!" I cry
"Th-thats ri-rig-right" finn cried
"H-he wa-was a-n a-amaz-Amazing fri-friend" finn cried
I walked up to him and hugged him
"I know..." I cry
Even nodded in agreement.

Seconds past....minutes past....hours....days....months.....years....

I am now 19
Noah has been in a coma for 3 years...
I miss him heaps... no more happy days... no more real smiles, just fake ones... ALL FAKE!!!!
"Please wake up Noah" I say
"I need you" I cry
"I need you" I cry
"I love you Noah... I lo-love you s-so m-muc-much.
I sit on the chair... the heart monitor going slower and slower lower and lower.
"BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP" I look at the heart monitor. Straight..
"NOOOO" I cry
"NOAH DONT LEAVE ME PLEASE!!!"
"STAY WITH ME!!" I scream
"NOAH COME BACK!!!! PLEASE BRING HIM BACK!!!!!!!!!" I scream and cry.
The cast walk in a look at the heart monitor....
They all cry, I run up to him and hug them.
"MY BABY IS GONE!!!!" I cry
"MY BEST FRIEND!!" I cry
I cry till I had no more tears.
Doctors came running in and took him away.
I cry harder and harder almost throwing up.
"I'm sorry for your lose guys..." the doctor said
I just cried hugging Millie and Sadie.
Caleb, gaten and Finn nodded at the doctor.
"Thanks" they said
They begin crying. They join in our hug, we cry hours on end,
Not leaving that room, not moving, staying in that position.
" why did he have to leave me" I cry
They hug me tighter.
I just cry and cry. My boyfriend.... my best friend... my worrier.... gone.. forever.
I walk to the bed and lay on it, curl in a ball and cry. Why did this have to happen!! Why him!!! WHY!!
Always the best people.
"I love you Noah" I cry
"Stay with me please" I cry

I'm crying rn... no joke I cried making this!! I hope you enjoyed this book!!! I can't stop crying omg!! I had so much fun writing this book and I hope u guys liked it!! I love you guys so much!! Might post a squeal!!!
