The last Sunday before Lent is Cheesefare Sunday, also known as Forgiveness Sunday, or The Expulsion of Adam From Paradise.

Here are the readings for this Sunday:

Romans 13:11-14:4

Matthew 6:14-21

Here are some videos that are good to watch:

I highly recommend you read these two articles, whether or not you have attended Forgiveness Vespers (I haven't), whether you are Christian or not, no matter who you are.

The prayer of St. Ephraim:

"O Lord and Master of my life, take from me the spirit of sloth, faint-heartedness, lust of power, and idle talk (prostration). But give rather the spirit of chastity, humility, patience, and love to Thy servant (prostration). Yea, O Lord and King, grant me to see my own sins and not to judge my brother: for Thou are blessed unto ages of ages (12 bows)."

Blessed Lent, everyone!
