Two months later

"This should be right hea' come on y'all." I huffed pushing the table back. "August you the one that keep pushing it back and forth." Nadia sat in the chair.

"Yeah bro you been doin' this for like 15 minutes, by your self." Dink added. I looked at the table and threw my hands in the air. "Fuck it."

"Baby come sit down, you stressing yourself too much." I followed her directions and sat across from her. "Babe it's jus' dat—"

"Its nothing August, just calm down. We've been here since 9 and it's going on 1. Don't forget the party starts at 8 and if you want me to waddle in here we better leave now so I can get some sleep." She said getting out of the chair showing her stomach.

So the thing is nobody, but my mama and her siblings knows she pregnant. We couldn't find a way to tell them before she starting showing, so we just moved to Houston. But tonight when they get here we're going to tell them immediately. It's gonna be a good way to tell them too, just wait.

"Aight baybeh lets get ya home then, Dink can you lock up for me?" I threw Dink the key. "Well you already gave me the key, so it's not really a yes or no."

"True dat." I laughed helping Nadia to the car. "Babe can we stop for some cake?" She asked as I helped her into the car.

"I thought you was sleepy?" I looked at her. "I can always sleep after I eat my cake." She smiled.

"No, only thing you will be eating is your dreams and air." I said which made her gasped. "Don't do us like that August Anthony."

"Damn you pulled the baby card and the middle name card onna nigga." I chuckled pulling out the parking lot.

I heard Nadia get quiet so I looked over to the side seeing her chewing on some hot fries taking pictures of me.

"Nadia." I whined. "Yes." She batted her eyelashes. "I cant even be mad." I laughed.

"Where you get the food from?"

"Secret stash I cant tell you." She shrugged. "Why not?"

"Because then it wouldn't be a secret duhh." She side eyed me.

"You get to fuckin' smart, what dat picture you took lookin' like?"

She showed me.

"Lookin' all daddyish
