Chapter 3: nothing ever stays peaceful.
Recap
"guys come on, that things getting closer and it's brought friends" lily shouted at us with fear in her voice as those things get closer and closer, finally reaching the door we blocked it off just as those things reached the glass and stared clawing at it to get to us. We all stood back and watched as they tried to get in.
letting out the breath I didn't realise I was holding I wrapped my arms around Lily and Matthew and hugged them from relief. After a moment of feeling at peace I hear people calling our names, turning around we see tutor's coming towards us, behind them are the rest of our friends walking towards us as well, all with worried and concern faces, all we did was smile at them feeling the weight lift off my shoulders finally at peace, at least that's what I thought but I could never be so wrong in my life.

To say the adults were relived was an understatement, Charlie told us that when they noticed we were gone they told the tutor's, she said they looked scared and worried. Maybe we should have told them of our plan, I just didn't want to start a panic they had enough problems on their hands as it is, bringing up the topic of being in danger would just make it all worse, especially after getting everyone to finally calm down.
Sitting down, I wondered about what's happening outside of these walls, wondering if my family was okay, my other friends, everyone. What if we're the only one's left?... no I cant think like that, shaking my head to get rid of the thoughts.
"Ally are you okay?" Jeremy asked me, his kind eye's showing concern towards me, nodding my head I gave him a reassuring smile.
"yea, I'm fine. Just thinking about everything that's going on" I replied, turning to see my friends listening to our conversation.
"do you think we'll survive?" Alex asked, sounding concerned looking at everyone around him, as they all looked shocked or terrified some even shaking.
"look we'll get through this, all of us will, because we're strong we're tough and yes we're scared but we have to use that too our advantage" I said to them all, looking everyone in their eyes hearing that speech calmed their nerves. Hearing footsteps approaching us I turned to my side and saw Angie walking towards us with a boy by the side of her.
Standing up from my seat I turned to see what she wanted, the boy standing next to her had brown hair and blue eyes, yea blue eye's that looked terrified like everyone else but his was different, its like he was afraid of everything, the smallest of sound and he would jump out of his skin.
"ah there you are, we need a group to go to the supplies room and get all the sleeping bags there that we keep for emergency and I was kinda hoping that Charlie, Ethan and Allison would go with jack here?" She explained to us, gentle putting her hand on 'jacks' shoulder causing him to him from fright.
"yea I don't mind going" I replied to her, looking at Charlie and Ethan, seeing the hesitation in their eyes I nodded my head as my way to say they'll be fine. Eventually they too agreed to going.
"yea I'll go too. Need to distract myself anyways" Ethan signed rubbing his eyes, he looks exhausted I bet everyone is.
"yeah I want to help out the best I can" Charlie said nodding her head and stepped up to stand neck to me, I put my arm around her shoulder and gave her a side hug.
