I watched from the shelves as Ron locked the door. "What the hell, Ron, open the door." Carl said. "I can't do that Carl." Ron pulled out a gun from his back pocket and pointed it at Carl.

Carl's eyes widened, "Woah dude calm down and drop the gun." Carl put his hand out in front of him.

I looked at Ron, bewildered in what was going on. I crept between the shelves until I was behind him. Carl noticed me. His eyes trained back to Ron, "Ron, let's not do anything rash, okay?" Ron shook his head, "You just don't get it hu-" I tackled the boy. The gun dropped to the ground. "Get the fuck off me!" He yelled.

I kept his arms pinned behind his back with my knee as I grabbed the gun and put in my back pocket. He was breathing heavily and struggling. I slowly got up. Ron getting up. I went to Carl's side. "Where the hell did you get the gun from, Ron?" Carl demanded.

Ron stayed silent.

Before Carl could ask anything else Ron charged after him with an ax. Carl dodged out of the way and Ron hit a window, shattering it.

This caught Rick's, Michonne's, and Jessie's attention. Also the walkers.

I grabbed the gun from my pocket and pointed it at Ron, "Drop it." I spat.

"You won-"

I shot at his feet once and he dropped the ax scared. I didn't care if I attracted more walkers. Rick started to bang on the door, "Carl! Tessa! Ron!" He yelled.

Walkers began to bang on the garage door and. I looked at Ron. "Nice job, you just killed all of us." I lowered the gun and Carl picked up the ax. Walkers started to pour into the room as Rick began breaking down the door. I started to shoot at the walkers, Ron hid behind Carl and I in fear.

Rick broke down the door and we quickly moved the couch in front of the door leading into the garage. Rick stood, holding the couch to the door.

"What happened in there?" He asked.

"We were just playing around and the walkers broke the window." Ron lied straight through his teeth.

"Is that what happened?" Rick looked at Carl and I for reassurance.

"Yeah." Carl said.

"Tessa?"

"Yes." I said, I lied, just like the stupid bastard.

Ron walked away and Carl followed him into a room, I was following close behind.

Carl shut the door after I was in. "Do you have the gun?" Carl asked. I nodded handing to him.

Ron paced the room, nervously.

Carl walked up to him, "Look man I get it, my dad killed your dad." Carl scoffed, "But you gotta understand that your dad was an asshole." Carl spat.

"Carl! Tessa!" Rick yelled, "Hurry get up the stairs!"

We ran out of the room to see the walkers were getting in. I ran up the stairs and saw Rick dragging the couch with him as he blocked the stairwell.

I gulped, "This is the end, isn't it?" I looked at Carl.

"No, my dad always has a plan, have faith."

Have faith? I almost laughed? Faith is impossible in this damn world.

Rick dragged two dead walkers up the stairs. "Get a bunch of sheets." Rick said, "Also, I'm gonna need to use that ax." Carl handed him the ax.

"Tessa, I'll need you to help me."

"With what?" I asked.

"Cutting open the walkers."
