Chapter 31

Vincent's P.O.V. (father)

I looked out of the window and frowned seeing Matt in the car with another guy. Who the hell is that?

I looked over at Austin to tell him but he was already watching. By the look on his face....he wasn't happy either. Matt got out of the car and slowly made his way up to the door. Before he could even knock, Austin swung the door open.

"Who the hell is that?!" He yelled grabbing Matt by his arm and yanking him inside. I shut and locked the door behind him. Fear was written all over Matt's face as he spoke. "H-He's my friend..." Austin shook his head and grabbed Matt by the colar "so you're telling me that you kiss your fucking friends like that?! Matty you're disgusting!!" With that Austin let go of Matt's collar and pushed him harshly causing Matt's tiny frame to slam onto the floor and he glassed to fly off his face.

That was when I had to step in.

"Austin!! Relax alright! Go to your room and calm down!! I'll handle it from here!"

Austin sighed in frustration and left the room. As soon as I turned back to Matt he bursted into tears. "P-Please don't h-hit me daddy I-I'm sorry..."

Fuck. That broke my heart.

I sighed and squatted down to Matt's level and grabbed his glasses placing them back on his -now crimson- face.

"Baby come here." I leaned my back against the wall as he crawled into my arms. I brushed his hair away from his sweaty forehead and kissed his temple. "Okay angelo you need to tell me the truth. Who was that boy in the car?"

His face paled. "U-Uhh he's my friend..."

I shook my head. "You and I both know he's a little more than your friend, otherwise you wouldn't be kissing him. Correct?"

He was silent and refused to make eye contact with me. A single tear rolled down his cheek as he closed his eyes. "H-He's my....b-boyfriend..."
