I am on my way to a hotel since I just got here. I ask one of the workers here where the nearest airport is and apparently there is one right across the street.

I gather all of my belongings and walk outside. I feel a little weird rolling my suitcase behind me in a different country than I am use to.

The hotel lights were hard to miss, especially with the large sign in the front. I stood, waiting to be able to cross the streets. There are a lot of people here, more than I am use to seeing. I kind of wish I could live here. It seems like it would be a lot of fun and adventurous.

It will feel weird being in a different environment, but this week will be fun.

Once inside the building, I stood in front of the counter.

"Hello," someone greeted me. "Room for one?" I like her accent. My accent probably won't fit in very well here.

"Yes," I answer while nodding my head.

She looked at the computer, typing in information. She asked me a lot questions and put in my answers.

She held up keys. "Here you go."

I took them and looked for the room I was assigned. By the time I got to the end of the hallway, I still couldn't find my room. I turn back around and bump into someone. "Sorry," I quickly apologize.

"Are you alright?" I heard the person say. I like his accent, it sounds British.

I backed up and looked up at him. His eyes were nice and green. "Y-yeah."

"Then why did you stutter?" he asked me.

That is something I need to work on. Why did I have to be so nervous? I honestly have no idea why I stuttered besides from nervousness. I really do feel fine right now. I nod my head to avoid talking and stuttering.

He looked at me, probably not believing me. I'm not sure how to prove that everything is okay. I smile since I am starting to feel awkward because he is now just staring at me.

I started to walk and realized the room I was assigned was behind the man. He held his hand out. "I'm Harry."

"Cecilia," I said, shaking his hand. They were very soft and warm. When I took my hand back, it felt cold now, like something was missing.

"Cecilia," he repeated to himself. "I like that."

"Thanks," I say, looking down at my feet. I can feel myself becoming shy. I didn't know what else to say to him right now.

"I'm Harry by the way," he said after a few moments.

I nod my head, not knowing how to respond. "I should get some sleep. I'm so tired. maybe we can meet again tomorrow," I said to him.

He nodded his head and moved to the side and waved at me as I unlocked the door. He's such a kind person.
