2p Canada: acts like he hates him, but actually likes him
2p England: he isn't necessarily mean to him, but likes to tease him on a regular basis (usually about his cooking)
2p China: looooooves to annoy 1p China because of his outrageous reactions
2p Japan: he's actually pretty well acquainted with his 1p
2p Prussia: kind of annoyed by him but he will hang out with him because his loudness makes it unnecessary to talk; but out of all the 1ps, he likes to hang out with 1p Canada the most
2p Germany: THIS. GUY. will annoy his 1p so much, that his 1p tapes his mirror up on a regular basis just to keep him out
2p North Italy: He finds scaring the daylights out of 1p Italy the most entertaining thing ever
2p South Italy: he likes to tease his 1p about his love life and give him advice about clothes he should wear
