Viktor is definitely an old fashioned man. This is most likely do to the industrial revolution coming later to him than it did to other European nations. When computers became popular with the public in the 1980's, he was too busy fighting with Allen to give much thought into the new technology. In the present day, computers are one of the main focuses of our daily life but Viktor tries to avoid them whenever he can. Some western nations like to make fun of him because of his old man skills, Allen and Zhao being main contributors. Despite the teasing, Viktor still continues to value things made by hand, as opposed to modern technology.
