Chapter 7

Maria

I woke up,it was 7:45am.I looked over at Nat,he was still asleep.I got up quietly so i wouldn't wake him.I put on my sweater.The town outside was so cute,i wanted to go see it.I put on my Chuck Taylors and left a note for Nat on the Kitchen counter.I slowly and quietly opened the front door and i was on my way.

*In town* 

As i came into the town there was a sign that read Curry Village.It was really cute.I walked through the town and went into it's shops.There was the cutest music store,there a I saw many records,these things still exist!I looked through them and I came upon a Frank Sinatra record.I put it into the record player and put on the headphones.I loved this record,maybe later I could take Nat to the town and see if we could buy it.I looked through more records and found a few more.Maybe Nat and I could stay and just live here.I walked out of the store and i saw something...more like someone,it looked like...Daniel.I blinked and looked again and he was gone.Stop it Maria,you're just imagining things,Daniel doesn't know you're here.I walked by a dark alley and i swear something moved,maybe I'm just paranoid...I walked quickly towards the cabin,i feel a cloth cover my mouth and nose.I feel my eyes close and i was out like a light.

Nat

I woke up and she was gone."Maria?" I walked into the kitchen and found a note.

I'm going out ot town,I'll be back soon.I'm gonna investigate the shops and stuff.See you soon,I love you.:)-Maria 

The note made me smile.She just went into town,she'd be back any moment.I decided to make breakfast,or lunch considering its noon.Just as i pulled out pancake mix i heard my phone ring.I picked it up and it read unknown number.I answered it,"Hello?" "Hey Cutter,so you think you can take my girl?" "Daniel,just leave her alone.She doesn't love you." "You know you're funny cause I could have sworn you said she doesn't love me." Rage flooded my body,"It's not like you'll find her anyway." He laughed,"That's where you're wrong.." The line went dead silent,he hung up.What was that,did he find her.......no,he couldnt have.Nat,don't worry.She'll come in through that door any minute with a bright smile on her face.She's gonna tell you all about the little town below.She'll be back any minute.I couldn't buy that,no matter how much i told myself.What if he has her....I have to look for her.I got my jacked and rushed out the door.
