Step 10

"Haru!" You hear Makoto whine as Haru immediately stripped and jumped into the water on the spot.

You and the gang were at the beach.

Again, for the millionth time.

But this time, Rin and the Samezuka gang came along too. Haru had agreed that they could come since they haven't been hanging out for quite some time now.

"Geez, that guy," Rin chuckled as he watched Haru among the waves.

You stood beside Rin, doing the same. Gou had once again managed to pull you out from your cozy home and into the bright sun since it was the start of summer.

The heat wasn't too threatening, a perfect day for swimming and having a picnic.

"(Name)! Come help me with the food!" Gou shouted over to you, waving her hand.

"Okay!"

You rushed over to her to help her with the picnic. Although both of you were dressed to swim, you figured that it would be better to set up the picnic first.

You could say that you and Gou were in quite revealing outfits. Gou was in her cute one-piece and you were in your two-piece that revealed your torso.

You weren't really the type to wear something like that, but oh well, the weather was hot and it's the beach. So why not?

After the picnic blanket was laid nicely on the sand, Makoto came over to adjust the umbrella above it.

You thanked him as he rushed off to join the others in the water.

You and Gou started laying out the food.

"I knew it. Haruka-senpai brought his own mackerel again..." Gou facepalmed as she spotted the cooked mackerel in a container.

"Classic Haru," You smiled as you took out the container and placed it on the blanket as well.

Finally, you and Gou had finished the task.

"Done! C'mon, (Name), let's go swim!" Gou dragged you out into the sunlight towards the waves.

You followed her until your feet hit the waves. When you and Gou splashed in the water, the boys' attention turned towards the two of you.

"Waaaa! Gou-chan, (Name)-chan!" Momotarou shouted at the sight of you and Gou.

"Gou-chan looks cute in her swimsuit~" Nagisa joined Momo in admiring the two of you.

"OI THAT'S MY SISTER YOU'RE TALKING ABOUTー" Rin dragged Momo and Nagisa by the ear, both of them protesting in pain.

"Ow, ow, ow, ow!"

"Hm, but (Name) definitely looks adorable in her two-piece too~" Rin winked in your direction after dealing with the two second years. "Right, Sousuke?"

Sousuke only nodded in agreement as he continued to soak in the water.

Haru was aware of the current situation. His brows furrowed at Rin's flirtious statement that caused you to blush multiple hues of red.

Losing his patience, Haru, with a really annoyed expression, got up and picked you up from where you were standing.

"HARU WHAー"

He slung you over his shoulder and walked towards the beach chairs that were laid out.

"Wait this seems familiar, but it's away from a water source?" you thought about a incident that happened quite recently. (see step 6)

Haru gently set you down on the chair. Clearly, you wore a confused expression on your face.

"Haru, w-what are you doing?"

He didn't reply as he walked off somewhere. You blushed a bit, everyone in the distance staring at you and Haru.

He reappeared with a towel and he did not hesitate to drape it over your body to cover yourself.

"H-Haru?"

"Now no one will stare at you," He turned away, a faint blush noticable on his cheeks.

Rin began to cackle in the background, making the others smile.

"Oi, Haru. Don't worry, I won't steal her from you," Rin laughed fondly at what Haru just did.

You sat there with the towel draped over you, feeling very flustered.

"Rin, that's notー" Haru tried to protest.

You giggled at the sight of blushing Haru. "You're so cute, Haru-chan," You teased him with the nickname.

"I-I'm n-not."

"Haru-chan doesn't want anyone to look at (Name)-chan except for him, right, Haru-chan?" Nagisa pouted as Haru looked away in embarrassment.

"Shut up."

"I knew it! (Name) and Haruka-senpai likeー" Gou piped up but you cut her off.

"SHUT UP GOU"

At this point, you were blushing as well. It might be a rare sight to see Haru jealous, though he tried to express it in the cutest way possible. You would love to get used to seeing it more often.
