I've swallowed a lion
He lives in my stomach
He growls and roars until you feed him
He growls a lot
The food pantry only gets you through
For so long
And then
He growls
You must feed him before he destroys you first
Feed him
He needs to eat
The beast roars
Sometimes
I sneak into Sam's club with some family
And then eat the samples
The beast is satisfied
But I'm terrified
He will destroy me one day
He will destroy me
