Chapter 21

Roza looked in the closet and for some unknown reason she pulled on and pushed everything in there until she found the opening. She turned to me with a triumphant twinkle in her eyes then she disappeared inside where myself, Ivan, and Mason followed.

When we got to the end of the passage way there was yet another door. Quietly, quickly and carefully Roza opened the door and there on the floor lay a little boy and four adults, and the little boy was coughing badly. After checking the room Roza ran over to him.

"Declan?"

 The little boy opened his eyes and looked at her. 

"Declan, are you ok?"

"Are you my daddy's friend Rose?" He gasped out between coughs.

"Yes mal'chik, I am Rose. Can you sit up?"  (baby boy)

He shook his head.

I turned to Mason. "Get one of the other guys down here."

He left and a few minutes later came back with Eddie. 

"Eddie, get Sydney. Mason, get Daniella, Ivan, Tatiana. I will get Declan."

Declan scooted away from me and into my Roza's arms. I figured that he was most likely afraid of men that he didn't know. And after everything that he'd been through I honestly couldn't say that I blamed him. Poor kid. I really hoped that this event wouldn't have any lasting effects on him in the future.

"It's all right Mitya, I will carry him." 

I nodded and went to help Nathan.

"All right, let's go."

Five minutes later we were putting Adrian's family inside the truck and getting the hell out of there.

Roza and I gave them all some food, water and wrapped them up tightly in some warm blankets. They all looked like they could use it, especially little Declan, he looked very unhealthy. I just hoped that he would be ok.

"Ivan, call Dr. Oldenzki have a car sent for her and have her taken to the house where Adrian is."

"Ok."

"Ilia, after you let us all out and we get them into one of the SUV'S I want you to take them directly to Adrian. Do you understand?"

"Yes, boss. I have more food, water and blankets waiting in the SUV."

"Good. Ivan, don't forget to untie the original driver and make sure that he gets out of here too."

After we watched Ilia depart with Adrian's family Roza and I went back to our apartment to change for the meeting. Ivan, Yuri, Emil, Mishka, Mason, and Eddie also went to change. I told them to be back in one hour so we could get to shadow kissed on time.

Luckily, we made it to the meeting right on time.

"Jill, will you bring menus up to my VIP room for everyone please? Also, we need four waitresses and a bartender. All the food and drinks in that room tonight, during the meeting, are on the house." Roza told the hostess as we walked in.

"Right away Rose, and I'll be sure to tell, Jacey." Jill said, but her eyes kept slipping to Mason and when she wasn't looking at him he was looking at her.

My Roza walked in front of me and I watched her ass sway in that dress. She had on a tight backless red mini cocktail dress with chains across the back and around her upper arms with red ribbon laced through the links of the chain. It was a low-cut scoop neck, with beading and sequins on the front.

It would never cease to amaze me that no matter what my wife wore she was still the sexiest woman in the world. She could probably wear a potato sack and still be just as gorgeous.
