C7: Back to the Present.

~Eddie's POV~

That was a long time ago. Back in February; Aleks and I kissed and dissmissed the entire fact.

We never mentioned and or talked about the occurence, but oh, how I thought about it.

I mean, we kissed! Everything just felt right, and we're still okay. Ever since that Monday, things have been getting much better for us.

Seamus and his buddies aren't actually that bad once you get through their shitty attitude, who would have guessed they played video games?

Jordan really caught me off gaurd saying he enjoyed playing Smite! Aleks and him got into an arguement whether League was better or not and both of them ended up loving both games in the end.

They explaned the reason they didn't really 'hang out' with us was because a lot of rumors had apparently been floating around that we were secrely dating.

"You're homophobic Jordan?" Seamus asked, pizza in his mouth.

"No! It's not that; it's just-" Aleks cut him off.

"You couldn't have your precious reputation ruined..." Aleks said.

"I- No... Well.."

"No, it's fine, we get it Jordan, it's really important nowadays at a school anyway..." I said poking at my lunch.

Most days go like this.

Aleks and I meet up at the bus stop, get on the bus, talk on the bus and wake ourselves up. We blank out until Lunch or group work, manage to keep straight A's (like always). School is very boring. But then there is Physical Education. I rather enjoy this class, for many reasons.

Aleks as well very much enjoys dodgeball and volleyball.

I bet you're all thinking.

"Aleks?! Playing Volleyball? Yo! What the fuck, dude!"

He's actually really good; he's got one hell of a serve and accidentally sent this girl to the nurse from spiking in her face. It was really funny and when the girl came back, she told Aleks he should join the team, that the team could really use his potential. He said he'd think about it, but I'm making him join. For sure.

We were having a scrimage right now and I was on the opposite team.

"You're gonna get wrecked, Aleks!" I yelled over at him earning some giggles from the girls around me.

"Whatever, asshat!" He laughed, grabbing a ball and walking over outside the court to serve.

I get in postion and wait for the ball to come to me, cause I know he'll be aiming.

He throws the ball up in the air and hits it perfectly, right over the court over to me.

"Mine" I call out, bumping it into the air. I was back middle.

I hit it straight to the setter, the girl right in front of the net, on my team. She sets it up and spike it over to the other side, getting a point.

"Nice one, Eddie!" A girl on my team says.

"Thanks," I say giving her a high-five, ang going back into position.

The game goes on and I'm at the net, right in front of Aleks.

"Oh, your done." Aleks says,giving me playful shove.

"You wanna go kid?" I laugh, as the coach blows the whistle.

Our server tosses the ball in the air and sends it arcing over to the left back. A girl hits it over to Aleks who sets it over the net. The ball goes to back middle and they hit it straight up to me. I watch the ball and bump it over, but Aleks smacks it down, hitting my face.

"Oh shit!" Aleks yells, going under the net and kneeling next to me.

"Edwin, are you okay?" Coach Henderson asks, jogging over.

I rub my face and laugh, making me cringe. Aleks puts out his hand for me to grab.

"Dude, your spikes are crazy hard. I guess I'm the one who got wrecked huh?" I laughed, taking his hand as he pulled me up.

I stood up and decided I played enough for today. It wasn't all that bad.

I got to watch Aleks play.
