Hiccup Pov

This is Berk its been three years since we have made peace with the dragons and Im now eighteen. My crush is still astrid though its fading because she never talks to me. I don't know if she likes me anymore since she hides most emotions well. The day she kissed me was the best day of my life but then my dad said I was forbidden to date a hofferson. I sigh and look out the window thinking about her. I feel a nudge at my back and I turn around to see toothless looking at me. "Its okay bud im fine lets go for a ride maybe I can just forget about her today and spend time with you" I say and stratch his head and then he jumps around happily. We head outside and I get on toothless. He jumps up and we sore through the air. I feel the wind in my hair and the sun shining on us. It was nice I just wish it could be like this all the time. We flew to the cove where I first met toothless. I jumped into the lake and toothless followed me in. I splashed him and he spit water at me. "Hey! no fair" I told him and he just laughed at me. An hour passed by and I got out and sat on a rock and drew toothless again and he got a branch and drew also. I was siting there thinking of a way to train dragons and spend time with friends. Then it popped into my head "A dragon training academy!" I burst out and toothless looked at me and it seemed he agreed. "Okay Ill tell my dad tomorrow" I told toothless and we continued drawing in the dirt then we decided to rest since its noon. I layed against toothless and dozed off to sleep and so did he.
