Prologue

I was walking behind Zane, my crush. He was my only friend. He lead me to the Shadow Knights, the gang he's been trying to join for the longest time

"Can I please join??" he begged. While I stay behind him. "No! Do us a favor and get lost!" Gene pushed him to the ground.

Oh no he didn't! I went in front of Zane and yelled at Gene "Who the hell do you think you are!" "Awe Zane is your little girlfriend saving you?" he teases Zane. "She isn't my girlfriend! She is just an annoying brat who follows me around!"

I heart sank. I heard Zane running away. I tried following him but he turned around and slapped me. "Stop following me! You're disgusting! You're stupid! You embarrassed me! Go!" he yelled at me. He yelled at me.. My only friend, or so I thought, yelled at me..
