Chapter 10 - Taking Action

I woke up, and looked around me.  I was in an office, and one of my hands was handcuffed to a desk.  I looked up , and there stood Alexander Pierce.

"Well, well, look who's awake" Alexander Pierce said.

"Where the hell am I?" I asked.

"Shield, well Hydra headquarters now" Alexander Pierce said.

"Where is Steve, my husband?" I asked.

"That appears to be unknown" Alexander Pierce said.

"If you hurt Steve, I'll kill you" I said, harshly.

"You will watch what you say" Alexander Pierce threatened.

"Do not touch me, or Steve" I said.

"Oh, if you'll excuse me, I have some business to tend to" Alexander Pierce said.

Alexander Pierce walked out of the office.  I was very scared.  I knew that Steve would find me. Shortly after, Alexander Pierce came back into the office, along with the council people.

"Pierce, what is this?" One of the councilmen asked.

"My hostage" Alexander Pierce said.

Then the announcement system came on. What was going on?

"Attention Shield" A voice said.

It was Steve.  Thank god that my husband was okay.

"Shield has been taken over by Hydra, and the leader is Alexander Pierce" Steve said.

"That's my husband" I said quietly, in a happy tone.

"Pierce, I know that you have my wife. Return her to me, and no further harm will come to you" Steve said.

Two of the mend held up their guns at Pierce.  Pierce then held up a remote, revealing that the badges of the council people had an electroshock weapon inside of them. One of the men was killed by the electroshock badge. Then, the councilwoman started to fight, and revealed herself to be Natasha Romanoff.

"Nat" I said.

"Jessy, oh my god, why are you here?" Natasha asked me.

"I was kidnapped, by Pierce and The Winter Soldier" I said.

Natasha went up to the computer.  She disabled all of the computer features, along with the security in the building. 

"You must be brave, but you should be scared" Alexander Pierce said.

"I'm always brave, and never scared" Natasha said.

Then, a helicopter landed on the helipad outside. Someone stepped off of the helicopter and came inside the office.  It was Nick Fury.  Holy Shit!  He was alive. 

"Well, you look good, for a dead man" Alexander Pierce said.

"Well I'm alive, and here to stop you" Nick Fury said.

"Nick!' I said.

"Jessy, are you alright?" Nick Fury asked me.

"Yeah, I'm okay.  Where's Steve?" I asked.

"Steve is okay. He's here to save you and stop The Winter Soldier" Nick Fury said.

Then, Alexander Pierce pulled out a gun, and shot me in the arm.  

"AAAHHH!" I screamed, in pain

"Jessy, oh my god!" Nick Fury said.

"Now, what were you saying?" Alexander Pierce asked.

My arm was bleeding badly. The blood was soaking through my shirt.

"Jessy, we need to get you help!" Nick Fury said. 

"I need Steve" I said, holding my arm.

Then, Natasha electro-shocked herself, and Nick Fury shot Alexander Pierce. Natasha was okay and alive.  Nick Fury unlocked the handcuff, took them off of me.  I kept my hand over on my arm, trying to stop the bleeding. Nick Fury helped me up and off of the floor. Me, Natasha, and Nick Fury climbed into the helicopter, and flew away.  We saved Sam in the process, of flying away from Shield.  I needed Steve by my side.  I was in so much pain.

NOTE: Only 3 more chapter of this story.  I'm currently writing BOOK 3 for this series.
