We were still in the helicopter. Sam made a tourniquet and wrapped it around my arm. Nick Fury was flying the helicopter, and Natasha rode up front with him.
"Fury, it's Rogers" Steve said, as he patched into the system.
"Rogers, where are you?" Nick Fury asked.
"I"m on the helicarrier, where's Jessy?' Steve asked.
"She's here, we have her, but I have some news" Nick Fury said.
"What is it?" Steve asked.
"Jessy has been shot in the arm, by Pierce" Nick Fury said.
"Jessy, my wife, is she okay?" Steve asked.
"She's in a lot of pain" Nick Fury said.
"Let me talk to her" Steve said.
Natasha handed a headset to me, and I put it on.
"Steve, Honey" I said.
"Jessy, sweetheart, what's wrong?" Steve asked me.
"Pierce shot me in the arm. It hurts really bad" I said.
"It's okay honey. You're going to be fine" Steve said.
"I'm scared" I said.
"Don't be scared honey. I'm on my way to you" Steve said.
"I love you so much baby. I need to right now" I said.
"I love you so much too sweetheart. I'm coming to you. I'm on my...." Steve said, as the microphone cut out.
"Steve! Honey!" I cried.
"Shh, we will get you to the hospital" Sam said.
"Steve...." I said.
"He will be there" Natasha said.
Nick Fury flew the helicopter, as fast as he could. I needed Steve by my side, and I knew that he would be there.
