When I woke up the next morning, Finn was still fast asleep. I checked my phone and I had a text from Millie asking me to come to her hotel room to hang out for a little. I replied yes, and got up gently and softly trying to not wake him up. I slipped on a sweater and some jeans. And I grabbed my phone. I wrote him a note telling him where I was going on the hotel stationary. And with that, I left.
The uber to her hotel was hell. The man wouldn't stop talking about his problems and usually I wouldn't mind, but when I have my own problems that I don't know how to deal with I do. I swiftly got out of the car and walked to her room. I knocked on the door a few times, and she answered with a smile. We hugged for a few seconds and walked over to the bed.
"So Hanna, how are your classes?"
"I'm in love with my broadcasting classes. They are so interesting. Math sucks as always and the English courses are easy. So I mean I can't complain."
"That's so great! Do you like your school?"
"Yeah, I mean it's close, and cheap and it has my major."
"Cool! Did I text you the other day about the girl I saw?"
"No...?"
"Oh my god! She was wearing a shirt with your face on it, and it was just your face? I was so confused but it was funny. She was just casually walking in the street with it on."
"That's...creepy... but cool too. I guess some people really do like me. You won't believe who my sisters roommate is!"
"Who?!"
"Keira! The girl who runs FinnaFR. My sister was telling me about how she has fan art hanging in her room."
"That's so crazy! Small world huh? Speaking of Finna though...about last night, what's gonna happen?"
"We're waiting on my decision, on whether or not we're gonna make it public. I like the intimacy of a private relationship but then again people saw us kiss. There's no way to really pass that off. Help me Mills. I need help."
"I think you should make it public."
"I think I might want to too. But then again, I don't know."
"Do you love him?"
"Of course I do. I have for over 2 years at this point." And then I smiled super big.
"Why are you smiling so big?"
"I remembered the first time we said I love you."
